Great visual representation of the progress made. Simple and effective! This way you can see every penny saved, every cigarette not smoked. It’s quite scary thinking about what I was doing for 20 years of my life!
Thanks for keeping this app going.... really helps us ex smokers stay that way!

Custom? Not an option
The “custom” option doesn’t even work. It let me type what I wanted to customize, but would just stay on the “smoking” option. So all in all the only thing you’re “aloud” to quit is smoking. I don’t recommend this app to anyone who lives in the United States.BasicBluntBeezee

Hi BasicBluntBeezee. Sorry to hear you experienced problems with the "custom" settings... I'm not sure you saw this, but you can change "Smoking" to whatever you like... The whole point is to create a "custom" sentence which describes what you are quitting. You can absolutely quit anything - just change the text in the settings... This App used to be awesome! It was simple, easy to use and something I told a lot of people about, but these days since it’s major update it has gone backwards... I lost all my data from when I quit 4 years ago and it now has limited functionality... If you want to use by all mean, but it’s lost it’s worth of being rewarded with a donation...Show lessDarren Gaudry

Hi Darren - Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the update - It really was necessary. All the functionality is identical though, so hopefully, you can just pop the stoping details back in and all will be restored. After the ios 11 update, the app didnt work. Then, after the app update i lost everything. How can you backup when the app doesn't even open?!daviid17
Shouldn't have updated
I saved my data so I could type it all back in, so that wasn't a problem, but now instead of saving $6.41 per pack, I only get the option of saving "about $6" per pack. Kinda screwed up my whole savings amount. Last version was perfect, new update ruined the app.Weltonrs42

Hi - I have to confess that I'd never even thought about the "parts" of a dollar, as it was a rough cost per day. More than happy to re-introduce cents (and penny's) back into the next update. I'm sorry that you feel it's now ruined.Data lost
Very disappointing. Now all of my tracking is gone. And it started new tracking as of today with currency defaulting to £ instead of $.CindyShapiro

Sorry that your data was lost. I hoped that the message to ensure you had recorded your data was clear enough. My apologies. As for changing all of the data - Just tap any of the red text and you can change it what ever you like... £ -> $ can also be changed there. Hope this helps.Lost all my info!

Two days ago I would have given this four stars. It does what it says it would do, and that was enough.
HOWEVER, the last update reset all settings, which is unacceptable for an application that is supposed to remind you of important events. Putting a message in the app description saying to make sure you back up your data does NO GOOD WHATSOEVER when the app updates in the background and you only see the note after the fact.Show lessNight Owl Radio

Hi Night Owl Radio - Sorry about losing your stopping details. If I could have managed to maintain the original info with the update I certainly would have, but the way in which those details were being stored is no longer supported in iOS... (I wrote the original app 8 years ago...) On the up-side, all future updates will now be seamless. I hope this hasn't hindered your quitting. Kind regards, Hugh.
