  • Quit fixing

    Quit updating your app and making it so difficult to get into after your updates every time you update or do something. I have to figure out how to sign back in or I need to call the bank and get help signing back in. if it’s not broke, why fix it

    Can you people just leave things alone and let it operate like it should you don’t need to fix something that broke can’t get it to your head

    IQ is thorough, provides opportunities and incentives to save, alerts you of safety issues with your account AND you can talk to a genuine human instead of punching numbers if you have need to. Highest praise!

    I love IQ Credit Union. I’ve been a member for several years and just all positive interactions and everyone is always so personable wether it’s customer service by phone, online or in person at any branch. I’ve lived all over the US and IQ is by far my favorite banking institution! Thank you everyone at IQ. Take a bow!! You are all fantastic!!

  • App and credit union

    The app is very easy to use shows all my accounts I can access then anytime, and the people that work for IQ in salmon creek are some of the nicest people, I called the other had a problem and the tell took the time thoroughly explain my situation she didn’t get upset. She was very understanding and very nice. Just wanna say thank you

  • Not reliable

    The app is terrible. The bill pay is not working now. And there isn’t a pop up saying what is happening. Just a white page. How am I supposed to pay my bills, or check status?

    The app is overall terrible. It is concerning when I cannot gain access from my phone to my money. I am working on finding a new credit union.

  • Super easy

    Super easy to use. I can move money around in 3 taps on a screen. I can deposit checks with my camera, and see my balance in two second. It’s can even use my Face ID to open the app so I don’t need to take time to sign in, but also don’t have to worry about someone else opening the app.
  • The mobile deposit camera is garbage.

    The mobile deposit camera is garbage. I’ve tried at least 10x to deposit the check and then another check - both payroll checks. Unsure why a bank is using janky tech and making it problematic to use. Wells Fargo has a very good camera in their app but they are criminals so maybe that’s why they can afford a better program. Being gangsta must pay. 😂

  • Unfortunate upgrade

    With the latest upgrade, the orientation is locked in a phone mode and will not rotate, not convenient for use on iPad!
