Such a great site for style
Earlier glitches in the app seem to have been worked out. Now Yoox is such a fun place to shop. I’ve bought so many things here by brands like Jucca and 8 by Yoox that you don’t see anywhere else and that are such good quality at such a good price. Today I’m here buying a military green 100% Italian wool knit midi dress by 8 by Yoox for $140 bucks. What a deal! Of course there’s all the high end stuff here that’s so fun to look at but you really don’t need to spend a lot here to find great things to wear.Show lesspdxique

Always a pleasure shopping on YOOX website. I never experience issues on this site like I have and do with others. My favs stay in my bag until I decide and even when they are sold out. Checkout has always been smooth with no glitches, even when I can’t decide and I swing items back and forth from cart to favs, then back to cart. The merchandise that I have ordered, and there’s quite a bit, is always as expected and very good quality. Shipping is quick with excellent packaging. The return or exchange process has went smoothly, which I used about 3 times. Always a pleasure reaching a human on the phone when needed and they respond quickly. Other than some items can be pricey, (so I wait for sales or consider something else), I really don’t have any cons here. I have become a super fan of YOOX. The best prices and ultimate quality and selection of designer goods. I can find unique pieces at a reasonable price. On top of the great reduced prices they often offer additional discounts. Everything from high end like Bottega Veneta to Adidas jackets and sneakers. Always prompt delivery Free over $100 bucks. Always authentic. I don’t have to wonder if my items are legitimate. I KNOW THEY ARE with YOOX! And if you don’t like it it doesn’t fit, EASY returns at no cost to customers. I cannot tell you how much I love yoox. I do not shop anywhere else! I have pieces from the Milan, and Paris runway! High quality , made in Italy, and of course amazing price! I am literally obsessed with the shopping here, which is a problem!

And yes, please keep in mind that sometimes you may get a piece for final sale that has a little scratch or something like that, but you can’t complain when you are getting more than 90%off from a garment! Besides, those cheap fast fashion stores are even more expensive sometimes and they sell trash…

My Go To Site for Everything
I can’t say enough great things about YOOX. It has been my primary shopping site for several years now. People always comment that I am their best dressed friend, and that I must spend many thousands of dollars on my wardrobe. Depending on how good of a friend they are, I tell them about Yoox, and the amazing deals that I find here. I will admit that sometimes I just smile, say “thank you”, and acknowledge that yes, my clothes were made in Italy — ha ha. I love having such amazingly stylish clothes, shoes, and accessories, available to me at prices that I can’t afford to pass up. Worst customer service and shipping
After spending thousands of dollars, I emailed them before the items were shipped to change address. After many emails confirming the change, they did not change. Almost leaving for traveling, I had to forgo some things to do and go in rush to the old address with taxi back and forth, and drag a huge box back to my apt myself. They refuse to refund taxi money and the time spent. Some customer service people on the phone are impolite, chauvinist sounding, and did not carry out their promise. Extremely disappointed. Wrong service lately
I hadn’t used my previous email address I put when I registered at yoox, so I put a new one months ago.
And lately I made a purchase but the design was actually different ( the gown had a hidden mini skirt with a totally opening at the front of maxi skirt) from the picture. No literal description about it either.
Anyway so I wanted to return after talking to someone there, but I found yoox doesn’t have my new email address and gave me the return label to my old address which I can’t approach anymore. With this matter, I had to call six times and all what they said I need to change my email address on website! ( you don’t get it! I did it but your system didn’t catch up - now whose problem is it?)
And since they moved the call center to India … calls were hung up by itself five times out of six. Nor received my emails. Successful at the last out of five reply of mine.

This was my favorite shop. I’ve been shopping here for over a decade. have spent several €1000’s. Until they changed it. Why oh why did you start selling stuff from random 3rd parties? And if that’s not bad enough.. there’s no way to even filter it out!!! I shoped on your site because I trusted you and you have good discounts on older season items. Now you are carrying all this stuff from sellers I know absolutely nothing about. Why? There’s tons of sites out there that already do that. You were very unique and reliable. Now you are not. Some of the sellers are even selling designer items for more than they are on the brand’s own website. Why? I shop on your site for discounts. Don’t you get that? Horrible costumer service
I have no idea about this company. This is horrible company I’ve ever seen. I bought 3 items and all of them was too big for me and I return them by using the return label which they sent to the consumer in the box. I got refunded for 1 item only and had contacted them for 2 months. And called customer service and talked to Salina Ahmad ( if she gave me correct name) who has no patience to listen to the costumer and was asking me to just wait for another 2 months. And i got angry and asked if every was i. The same box how i can get the refund for one item and rest not? She said the same thing which i have to wait. Letter i got an email and got which they can not locate my return. Which was in the same box and they already got and might have already sold them. I’m going to sue this company for emotional abuse, lying the costumer and horrible customer serviceShow lessffjnbj
