Descriptions of fit of clothes are antiquated and non existent.
Descriptions of the fit of clothing is nonexistent. It’s very difficult to buy things on the site. Models look like they were a 31 waist while wearing a 42 waist it’s really annoying I don’t know why I keep going back to the site it’s probably because they keep sending me a 25% off coupon that’s the only reason. But at the end of the day what is the 25% off get me when I have to donate the item because it doesn’t fit. I expect better from net a PorterShow lessstop ads now
Long load times and limited filters
Load times are upwards of 11 to 15 seconds when you try to check your order status in the app. Browser experience is 10 times faster.
Also the number of filters and options are fairly limited and free text search indexing is terrible.

Fraudster
Stay away from these fraudsters, I purchased something from them, I returned it cause it was too small. They said moneyyoox was faster, I choose return to my card but still dragging with them to return my Money to my card, customer service rep said it’s upper management decision that they can’t do nothing, are you kidding me, for my money. App is not functioning
As soon as I click on the app it takes me right back to my homepage or when I try to enter the app through one of the notifications it just sits on your opening screen that says “YOOX” and the app itself doesn’t completely openmsvelevetj

I loveeeeeee them! Got my boots in less than a week! After reading the bad reviews I’ve got scared contact them to cancel my order. They answered the next day but at the time I’ve got a mail my boots been shipped. I was like ok let me wait for a few days let’s see.
