  • Horrible horrible horrible .... I hate I even had to give them a star !

    Do not order from this site ... I usually don’t write reviews, however I’ve never been so frustrated with a company such as this. There customer service as well as there payment department is corrupt. No one knows what there doing ,and everyone kept passing the issue along so my problems were never resolved. And in fact ,they’ve blocked my account for future order b/c of a security issue. I’ve contacted my bank with them on the phone to prove I have no fraudulent activity on my account and they just simply hung up. This company is fraudulent in itself and corrupt... selling worn , broken merchandise!... they will eventually go bankrupt cunts!

  • Amazing shopping destination for designer brands!

    I have been shopping here for years and it’s always my go-to for most of my fashion needs. They’re prompt, have great sales, and offer a ton of wonderful designer pieces. I’ve only ever had one issue with a defective (snagged) item and they handled it in a timely manner.

    I’ve been ordering from YOOX for 14 years without a problem with either merchandise or customer service. If a product was flawed in some way, which was rare, I returned it. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and willing to help. That and the great selection of fashion merchandise at good prices keeps me coming back. (Excellent app too!)

  • App is good but products are damaged most of the time!!!

    Not satisfied!
    They sell authentic products but it is all damaged or have been worn before, or were sitting in stores, people tried it on all the time. I had three bad experiences with YOOX. Killah pants arrived with broken zipper. Customer service offers me $8 and I payed $16 for replacing zipper. Then Prada ankle boots arrived with two pretty bad scratches on top front of one boot - I sent them back. Last week I got my dress for $79. It is nice dress but obviously has been worn - fabric around zipper and hook/eye is damaged, basically I got dress with two holes on it. Customer service offered me 10% for selling me not brand new item!
    Just be prepared that you will get product that won't be in good condition!!

    i love the app so far, ordered a moschino bodysuit and waiting for It to come. If It comes in sufficient time then i will love my experience completely. first time ordering and paid $10 extra for 2 to 4 day shipping. Only complaint is i feel like they should give first time customers at least 10% off their first purchase like other third party websites do.

  • Horrible customer service / defective products

    I have been ordering from YOOX for years and I have been advertising it to my friends but it seems they need to train their employees in customer service better and they also need to change their policy and attitude. NOT only they delivered a defective product to me, a pair of shoes that one shoe was one colour, as it should be and the other had an intense discolouration. I asked for them to replace the defective item and they asked me to send them a photo, which I did and then they claimed that this is how the shoes should be! One shoe 1 colour and the other shoe discoloured with 2 colours! They also commented on the photo I have taken (with my iPhone X indoors perfect lighting) that it’s because of the photo that the shoes appear to be defective. No words!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

  • Review of First Experience

    As a busy person I love shopping online. App is easy to use and they have a good selection of clothing. However, their back end customer service department is terrible. After multiple phone calls to try and get my order through, even calling back with the credit card company on the phone, YOOX was not able to resolve the issue. First time I called they said it was my CC company. Called back with my CC company on the line and after they got called out that it was on their end, YOOX simply offered up an email address to their finance department instead of resolving it. Who has time for that?!? Never using them again. To many other places to shop.
