Very user friendly app. Very nice products at the right price. Also, they always have promotions going on which is great for bargain hunters. I love the hassle free return policy, that makes the whole experience so much more convenient. I just hope they would carry my super dope own streetwear brand (artwanderers) but I have never got any answers back from their corporate office. Too bad. Filtering issues
I reviewed awhile back that the filter worked terribly, i.e. it would default to the entire range of merchandise if you tried to put in any filters on an initial search.
Since then I have noticed an improvement, but it’s not consistent. I wanted to search for “turquoise” colored clothing just now. It gave me thousands of turquoise items (clothing, jewelry, art), but once I tried to whittle it down more specifically, it just defaulted to the entire inventory. No thank you 🙂Show lessJsgoetzler

I ordered shoes that were too big and they sent me a size down without buying the 2nd pair and they said return the big ones whenever you can . I got them very quick it was great service I thought

Trust issues on returns
My boyfriend wanted to buy me some lingerie and knew I used YOOX app they sent items in my size I wear and they were waaaaaayyy too small not even close. I called to return them tags on never worn and they refused then said ok 2 items when I checked his account they never credited his bank account the money they said they would but received there merchandise back. Best website for buying designer clothes for the lowest price
I love high fashion, high quality. I cannot afford the full price but I can always find nice clothes here for an affordable price. I have already bought a lot. I know my size and most of the designer sizes so I didn’t have too many returns and when I had to, I never had any issues to get my money back.Show lessmicimacko2019
YOOX vs Reviews
I shopped using the app once. I’m extremely pleased with the results. Sneakers purchased where a Super deal and 100% authentic. For $36 a pop is a steal when the same shoes are offered from other vendors for the suggested retail price of $120 per pair. This app is perfect and maybe it’s the users who have the real issue. I have ordered from this company for ages both on website and the app. The app just is easier at time. Very low incidents that have all been resolved without issue. If you are looking for designer items at discounted prices than this is the app!
