If you don’t have ECU’s mobile APP on your phone or on your tablet you’re missing out. With this APP you have total access, 24/7, to all your accounts in one place. You can transfer money with ease from one account to another to pay for your in house loans and even your ECU credit card. We absolutely love using the APP. It really is so easy to use and navigate through all our accounts. Simply the best and if you ever have any trouble with your APP, you can call ECU customer service and they will quickly get that issue resolved. ECU’s customer Service representatives are top notch. From our personal experience, being members of ECU now for over 20 years, we can tell you they are friendly, kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of ECU’s products. ECU app
I like the app but have an issue because I have 2 checking accounts in my name and ECU does not allow me to link them together. My old bank allowed this and it made my life so much easier. I’m getting tired of constantly having to log into two different accounts.hotheadz
Closes too fast
Since the latest update the app now closes and requires me to log in with password again every time I switch to another app. So I cannot switch between the ECU app and my check book log to justify them with out logging into ecu several times. This is a new problem since the last version update. Before that the app would remain open for a period of time (1-2 minutes) which would allow you to switch between it and other apps (checkbook log, expense spreadsheet) so they could be justified. Very irritating please fix this. I just wasted 5 minutes to log in about 8 times with password so I could justify current expenses this would have taken less than a minute before.Show lessJimdnp
Awesome mobile banking app
This app has many great features and helps you keep your account secure on top levels. I highly recommend this app. The touch I.D. Is also very helpful when signing in. Very easy and simple to manage and set up your account and keep a very close eye on your bank account. Just Do It
Why did I wait so long to go mobile? This is such an awesome app!!! I Love online banking with Educators Credit Union. This app makes it so easy to navigate and is user friendly! Staff at the bank even helped me to set it up by talking me through it. Thanks ECU for saving me time and money!!!!!Trainmod
Concerns
It bothers me that from a computer/mobile device you can only transfer money between your accounts 6 times. It also bothers me that if you only pay one bill a month while using online bill pay you get charged. These policies should not exist for customers.Mrtechn0
Just loads mobile website. Boo.
Update: got a new iphone x and still don't have access to flashcash. Attempts to work with customer service have been a flop. Both times they asked for a screenshot, which the app doesn't allow me to send. When I say that, they stop responding. I'm done and have moved my money to the other local credit union.

iPhone 6 flash cash issue
Guys, I really need you to fix this app. Flash cash has never worked. It just comes up with an error message. Called customer service and they told me it's something on my end because it shows that I'm eligible for flash cash. Well on my end I have an iPhone 6 and know very well how to deposit mobile cash. Every time I click it, it goes to the proper screen and immediately boots itself out, bringing up an error message. Also tried to go online and do it through the mobile site. The ECU app is great! The site is extremely user friendly, has nice optics, and saves you a trip to the brick and mortar location. You can do almost everything you would need to do at a physical location of ECU. What more could you ask for?!! Download the app, people!Locnessmama
Best on line banking APP
I’ve have a Educator’s App and do most of my banking on it. I’ve never had a problem and I like that they let me know when I do flash Cash or when their has been a with draw. They monitor it so well I’ve never have to worry about hackers.
