I used to absolutely love the educators app but with the new update IM HIGHLY UPSET that you cannot see your true balance and have to do the math yourself on your real balance!!! Its so annoying! If im in a rush I want to just glance at my balance not sit there and do math! Please change it back.
Convenient as it gets
I have tried the app for other banks and this is by far the best. It is easy to transfer money from one account to another. I can check my balance, deposit check, and check on my mortgage loan. Five stars all the way.
It was better before.
I love this bank and this app however the latest update makes it much more difficult to read my account activity. I wish they wouldnβt have changed it. Still worth using and still very helpful though.
Pretty good but missing little
Needs mobile deposit and the ability to check personal and business accounts without have to log in and out.

Iβve been banking with your company for many years now. The representatives are so courteous and mannerable with professional withheld with consistency. When I was going through despairing situations my credit union helped me see a light in a dark tunnel! I thank you all so very much for phoenominal service for these years

Best thing ever
I say to my husband, βI have to run to the bank,β then I complete my flash cash deposit right there. βIβm back!β Itβs our little reminder how it saves me from getting dressed and venturing out in the car. My favorite part of online banking!

Educators Credit Union is an absolute state of the art, awesome business. Customer service is always very professional, friendly and family oriented. All services provided in a timely manner. Questions answered timely and professional. Customers treated with absolute respect and dignity. I live this Credit Union.

Disappointed
I was told over 2 months ago that an update would allow me to go back to using a fingerprint to open the app. Been waiting and still no change. Itβs annoying to have to enter the password over and over. Please fix like you said you were going to do! Otherwise I do love the app just want back what we used to have.

not the biggest complaint
I understand itβs for safety purposes but the logging in after just closing your phone or pressing the home button slightly annoys me just because if i need to be logged in right away or iβm trying to take money out of the ATM and i need to transfer money it takes a little longer than it needs to
