Convenient as it gets
I have tried the app for other banks and this is by far the best. It is easy to transfer money from one account to another. I can check my balance, deposit check, and check on my mortgage loan. Five stars all the way.ThatEnergyGuy

I love this bank and this app however the latest update makes it much more difficult to read my account activity. I wish they wouldn’t have changed it. Still worth using and still very helpful though.Imaginary Chocolate
Pretty good but missing little

I’ve been banking with your company for many years now. The representatives are so courteous and mannerable with professional withheld with consistency. Best thing ever
I say to my husband, “I have to run to the bank,” then I complete my flash cash deposit right there. “I’m back!” It’s our little reminder how it saves me from getting dressed and venturing out in the car. My favorite part of online banking!joxxxxxnee

Disappointed
I was told over 2 months ago that an update would allow me to go back to using a fingerprint to open the app. Been waiting and still no change. It’s annoying to have to enter the password over and over. Please fix like you said you were going to do! Otherwise I do love the app just want back what we used to have.Show lessPattibow6302
not the biggest complaint
I understand it’s for safety purposes but the logging in after just closing your phone or pressing the home button slightly annoys me just because if i need to be logged in right away or i’m trying to take money out of the ATM and i need to transfer money it takes a little longer than it needs toPenny boarder32

When asked what bank do I bank at I say I don’t bank at a bank I bank at educators credit Union where they care about their customers and that’s why always recommend everybody to go to .I enjoy all the services that they offer and now my entire family banks there🤓WillStay
