Fasted wait time
Th way are very sweet when on the phone and they’re very good at multitasking they transfer us to the right people without having to wait but as I’m typing this the screen is white for the work I mean so I can’t see anything I’m typing in white but any ways I love Educators credit union ❤️
I love it!
Educators Credit Union has had my back for the last four or so years, so it’s no surprise to me that their app is truly amazing. I can flash a check to my account, apply for a personal loan, transfer money and pay all my bills all in the same app. Not to mention I can check my balance and have real time updates for everything in all of my accounts. I am very happy with it and I encourage anyone out there to download the app if you have an account with them and you’ll never regret it ❤️

Sometimes the app freezes! Usually when I’m in the grocery line and I have to transfer money however it works about 75% of the time.
ATM Deposits
It would be nice if we were able to make ATM deposits after hours instead of making deposits during normal banking hours or using Night deposits. This is the only issue I have.
Easy to use and Convenient
When I discovered I could deposit checks directly from my house or anywhere in a safe manner and could transfer money without lugging all the kids out, I became your biggest fan! Love the mobile app and features!!! Allows me to check accounts daily and in a quick manner!
With the Covid-19 and staying at home even better!!! Don’t have to leave the house and so far sites are all still running smoothly. No 6 hr wait on the phone like some other places...

Love the App; not so much the transfer time
The app is great. But if we need to transfer from savings to a non-ECU account it takes days. We all know this is done electronically; why can’t this happen within an hour?
Very convenient but still buggy
It makes my banking needs way easier and convenient however once in a while I will come across a bug still.
Online banking review
I absolutely love the convenience of being able to use the online banking service. I travel a lot Im not able to go to the bank as often. The service is fast and easy to understand.
ECU Mobile Banking
ECU Mobile Banking is one of the best mobile banking apps I have ever used! It’s easy for me to find what I’m looking for and if I forget my password they give you a hint so you won’t have to go through the struggle to reset it
