Basic version was better
The recent revision of the app has brought a lot of new features, but also a lot of bugs. I preferred the simpler more reliable version. For example, whenever I tap the Recent Playlist button within the Playlist surface, the app crashes.Bill F 666

Not the App’s fault…
In terms of its musical programming KALX is great! It would be one of my favorite free-form stations, except… their sound quality, at least when streaming, is terrible (I’m not in the Bay Area, so I don’t know how their over-the-air quality is). I really hoped this app would make a difference, but not really. The station is so good musically that I can tolerate the poor sound for a while. And this app is nice enough, even if it couldn’t help the sound quality. It is what I will use for playing this station going forward. Play list is easy to use and stays reasonably up to date.
