Thief’s and liars
I really don’t understand what’s going on with this company if they’re broke and trying to steal from their agents or do you just don’t want to pay people any longer .they find some really dumb reason to reject your assignments meanwhile there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s exactly what was asked for I did an assignments and then they would send me an email telling me I was asked to take a picture of this but I took a picture of that instead but when I go back to look up a questionnaire referring that it’s not even a picture or a photo question it’s a question about the feature price or the regular price of an item and every time I sent them an email trying to understand what’s going on you never get a direct reply as to the fact that what you’re talking about is not in fact what is being referred to on the actual assignment page but then the other agents are actually quite rude this is a waste of time.. it’s real money trust me but it’s a waste of Time if you have a real job stick to it you’ll be more angry at your cash outs than having a peace of mind of just focussing on your job they are real piece of *hitheads agents at this job..For people who have done this for a while you can be my witness you can’t upload a picture when you’re been asked for the regular of feature price of an item and you cannot put a feature a regular priced item where you’ve been asked to take a photo it’s not an option for you to choose what you want to do on that page you were only given specific instructions so I’m trying to understand what your company is about or what the problem is about but you’re clearly lying they just don’t wanna pay me my $14.. I wish I could upload pictures of our conversations and questions of the answers on the questions itself so people can see there’s nothing to lie about here they are very cheap and deep in whatever you’re doingShow lessWengwool

Am quite new to this app however I tried to complete a gig but couldn’t so I explained and I got paid anyway!!!!! The usual wage for each gig is £5 but that does add up☺️

I heard about field agent on Instagram and I was skeptical. I downloaded the app and saw that there were a lot of little jobs offering like $2/3 ... not worth my time I thought. But then I was already in store and did a buy and try and that’s when I loved the app. Yes the payout is low, however I’ve always seen it as I’m getting PAID to simply try a product AND I get the product for free. At my old city I got so many food jobs like little Caesars and Popeyes, so I had free food and got paid for it ( college girl win!). I recently moved so I have a lot less food jobs and a lot less buy and try’s/product experiences offered to me, which is disappointing. And because I live so far from everything sometimes $3 isn’t worth the drive. If the amount of jobs would increase for my location I may really love it again. Also, I keep seeing jobs they’re asking agents to do where the product is literally sold out everywhere and I hide them and then they show back up the very next day , I’ve hidden about 150 of these jobs, so that’s annoying. This is a fun little app for me to do when I’m already out or I’m bored and looking for something to do. If there were more multiple jobs for similar locations it would make it more enjoyable.Show lessskrubt
Amazing
I was unsure at first about this app however it is one of the only genuine apps I see that really pays. I had an issue which was solved quickly by customer service. I recommend this to anyone looking to make extra cash on the side.MZA1234509876
Disappointed
On the positive side, the jobs are easy and fun to complete and you get paid quickly. On the negative side, many times there are not enough jobs close enough to make it profitable. Also agents hoard the jobs and sit on them until the time to complete them expires and the job reappears on the available job list again. Many times I am right outside of the store but can not get the job because it is already taken and it shows back up on the job list because agent took it but did not complete Agents should only be able to claim one job at a time so everyone has a chance to complete jobs. sometimes jobs are released earlier than the job description states and you miss out on claiming jobs because they are on first come basis and time to start claiming the job was wrong.Show lessRC. 1960
BEST OUT THERE
Field Agent is the BEST of all the secret shopper apps. I have tried about 5 of them and none even compare to this one. For every other app getting a job accepted was a toss up, but this one actually pays you for your hard work. To put this into perspective, I once took a leap of faith accepted around 19 buy and try jobs spending $140 on products to try. I was so scared that my jobs would be declined and I’d be out the money that I paid for the products. Not even close. I was accepted for every. single. one. Not a bad app, but not as good or as frequent as other apps that are out there. Rewards for missions are generally lower, and the overview of the mission misses a lot of information about what you actually end up undertaking within a mission. Greater clarity, greater information, higher rewards (comparable to other apps) and more frequent missions would see a higher rating.Show lessGybzee
