Not User Friendly
Handy to check people in, but the navigation is seriously lacking. It’s not clear what the app is meant for or the benefits
Not super useful on basic tasks
This app doesn’t let you copy phone numbers or email or just use them to message or call your attendees, so what’s the point of displaying them? It also doesn’t let you swipe back to get to your events list so it’s kind of a pain to navigate once you’re in a particular date. swiping back is a pretty basic function in most apps

Hey ephramzz, we acknowledge that these features don't exists in the app at the moment and we're sorry to not have recognized this sooner. Some of the suggestions we have added in the product backlog and will be fixing them sometime this year, as currently we're invested in making the Ticket Sales and Checkin experience better. I really think this app sucks
I’m a paid subscriber. This user interface is not friendly. It does not allow me to accomplish what I need for something that should be very simple. I’m always frustrated when I use it.
Easy to check in attendees
I like the way I can easily check in attendees. I find a good way to verify that someone has paid is to search for their last name.

Cannot edit the event on the app
I cannot edit anything on the event from the app. I have to access the event on my computer in order to edit it. What’s the point of an app if we can’t have full access to the event.
My new addiction
I just started but if it goes well this app may become my new addiction for hosting classes and workshops 😏😁
Worst Ticket Scanning App Ever
Wouldn’t scan in anything. The absolute worst. Would not recommend.
Covenant Soles
I have been trying to actually publish my event and have been having difficulty. Part of the event is post but I tried to do the free tickets and it would allow it then it looks like it’s charging me. Lastly, the location keeps pin pointing a car wash and not the actual Hilton Garden Inn Peachtree City, GA location. Quite frustrating. I cannot tell if my event is actually being seen/ published! Very disappointing.
