List of Cards Gone!

The latest update made finding entries impossible. Only icons are shown with cards that are identified by the app. For example, if you enter in your Covid ID card info and take a picture of the card you can't find it in the list because the app doesn't display your title for it. PLEASE provide an option for listing entries with titles as an alternative to an icon only view.
This has been a 5 star app for me. I have counted on this app for years now I may have to find a different app.

Update caused my cards to no longer show

Key Ring. Youโ€™re killing me. You have ONE job. App worked perfectly until I tried to get into my gym this morning. Opened the app to scan in, as I had hundreds of times before, only to find all the bar codes are gone. Now here I am, mid way through The December weight gain season, having to explain my fat you-know-what to the kind gentleman at the desk. Go back to the way you were Key Ring! Oh and my grocery store bar codes are gone too so I canโ€™t even get rewards when I try to buy those cinnamon sugar pecans โ€ฆ I mean salad. SALAD.

Extremely Convenient, Useful Application

Key Ring is an extremely convenient, very useful application which has served us well for several years on our Apple iOS devices. Instead of carrying around bulky reward cards at supermarkets, stores, vendors and institutions, weโ€™ve installed Key Ring application on our iPhones and iPads. We heartily recommend it to everyone.

DO NOT DO UPDATE (Dec 2021)!!

The developers have effectively rendered this app USELESS unless you only shop at big box stores or if you used to use this app for ANYTHING other than grocery stores (like your local library, or regional grocery stores)
I used to be able to store my library card for handy access, itโ€™s now floating is a sea of blank square (no name, no photo, nothing) among squares that are only assigned a photo and name if theyโ€™re lucky enough to be a big box chain (IE, Target, Harris Teeter)
Why do โ€œdevelopersโ€ feel the need to constantly mess with things that work perfectly well, and create updates without thinking them through?

How did you manage to ruin this?

I've been happily using Key Ring for years. Recently I talked someone into using it. The app doesn't work the same. I believe hers is version 60 while mine is version 26. I have two tabs, Cards and Lists. Easy to add a Card and all instructions I've found on Web work like my version. Her app has "Stores" instead of Cards and every time she adds a Card to the store it tells her it was successful. But it is NOT in her app anywhere. Simply doesn't work. You've gotten too fancy for your own good and should have stuck to loyalty cards instead of trying to add all the extra features. :(

Redesign makes it much more difficult

I have used key ring for years, the new icon presentation with no labels makes it very difficult to find custom cards that I added in the past. I now have about a third of my listings are blank icons. I can tap through them to see what they are, but that is not efficient as I have over 30 generic icons. The previous list that showed what I entered as a name made it much easier to find my cards. It seems like usability testing with some existing users with real data would be helpful.

App Keeps Thinking Iโ€™m in the EU

Last month I went to Greece on vacation. Since I returned to the US when I open the app about 2/3 of the time I get a message saying that the app is no longer available in the EU and it will. It let me access any of my cards. I am frustrated and do not know how to fix this without deleting, reinstalling and losing the card data for cards I no longer physically possess. Before that the app was amazing. I hope this gets fixed in the next update because right now the app is worthless to me.

Why doesn't your app work in the USA?

I was shocked today when I went to the store to find out that I couldn't access my reward card because your app suddenly declared it wouldn't work in the EU. But I live in the USA? And with no prior warning, ALL my reward cards that were stored in your app are inaccessible! I never even got the chance to retrieve the info. I don't have the cards anymore and this makes shopping extremely difficult!! Help! Is there any way that you can at least send me a screenshot of the list of cards that I stored on your app?? Access to the numbers would be great, but even a list would be better than nothing!!

Love it, but itโ€™s changed๐Ÿ˜ฅ.

Iโ€™ve used Key Chain for a couple of years, share it with my husband and have told family, friends and even people in line at the grocery store who have forgotten their cards.
Lately my app has changed. It no longer has the alphabet listed on the right side for me to find the business I need. Not sure why. This was a very convenient feature.
Otherwise. GREAT!!!

Used to love this app

Iโ€™ve used Keyring for years and loved how it worked but now that they have closed down their use in the European Union I canโ€™t use it in the USA. All I see when I open it is their message about ceasing to operate in the EU.
After fussing with settings I came to realize that if I turned my VPN off it worked just fine.
Now I am in the USA and the VPN servers I utilize are in the USA so why is the app treating me as if I am in the EU.
Too inconvenient and time consuming to keep turning the VPN (My security blanket) off and on every time I want to show a rewards card. Will have to look for a new app.
