Customer Support?
So I bought an iRig a few years back, was super excited to be able to get my hands on some of my favorite equipment in digital form. I got the paid version of AmpliTube and bought the Mesa Boogie pack and a cabinet and mic. A few months later my phone broke and I had to get a new one. When I redownloaded the app on my new phone, all my purchases were gone, and the “restore purchases” option didn’t work. I contacted customer support and they said they would look into it. I never heard back from them and haven’t been able to actually get someone to help me since. As a musician on the go, the ability to have great gear fit in my pocket is essential, and having my purchases not saved to my account seems like a really odd decision on the development side of things. I can’t afford to just turn around and fork out another $100-$150 to rebuy what I already purchased. Seems a little shady.Show lessTheSeeker91
Not worth it
The sounds really aren’t very good. The strobe tuner is the only thing I find useful in it. Also purchased the all-in bundle on sale at new years 2022 and it never activated on the app.
Kinda scammy but decided that it probably wasn’t even worth contacting the company anyways. Oh well.Ben1981
Pay to play... And pay, and pay, and pay again
This app as allegedly supposed to come unlocked with the purchase of an iRig. It did not. For what they're charging in here, jhst buy the real equipment.RayRobert
Serious bugs with iOS 16, developer never responded.
I used this app for many years to add music to the background with a microphone or an instrument, and it was working fine until iOS 16. Suddenly any recorded track is extremely distorted and there’s no way to fix it. Contacted the developer but they never responded and it continues to be a problem. Doesn’t work on iOS 16
It’s has not worked for months now. I’ve written IK several times over several weeks. When they write back they just say an update will be ready in the coming days. Don’t get thismarksross
Not working with iOS 16
Was a 5 star rating until the latest iOS update. I use the iRig 2 to play along with songs on my phone. After updating to iOS 16 there is nothing but static. I’ve checked cables and all that. Is IK working on an update to fix this?pbass48

When will this be iOS 16 compatible?
Used to love this app. Used it every week to learn new tunes for church and was regularly recommending it to every musician I worked with. Now I can’t due to its inability to properly function with iOS 16. Please update!!!Bobshappell
Useless …
I’ve been using AmpliTube for a few years now and it’s served it’s purpose and then some for me. However, it is not updated with the latest iOS 16 and is completely useless. PLEASE UPDATE!!!I don't ask too much
Completely busted in iOS 16
Importation of music is completely broken. The sample rate is wrong, music buzzes and pops. I had come to rely on this app as a means to prepare for gigs and now that won’t work. I sent ikmultimedia info 10 days ago and was told they would contact me. Nothing. Total silence.
