Used to be better
Many years ago I bought a version of this ap for $10 that had a great 4 trac recorder. Over time the features that were included with original purchase were taken away and required a charge. I eventually deleted this ap because it became unusable. It would be nice if it would once again be possible to buy the recorder without all of the unneeded extra stuff that is ridiculously expensive that I’ll never use.Show lessMeeeeeeeetooooooo2
Huge disappointment , Worse than Spark
With the purchase of the irig hd 2 , you don’t get anything with AmpliTube. 10- 50$ per “amp” pack? And you get none of them? What a waste of money. I feel severely ripped off. Worse than when I bought the spark.Herbie251021
A fine little app covered with Spam
The app is actually really quite nice. The problem is they have let the marketing team go wild with the thing. Every time you open it it tries to sell you something before you can even use it. Every time you look at it it tries to sell you something.... And there is no way to turn this marketing stuff off. I would give this puppy for five stars if only it weren’t such as spam fest.Show lesschuckwn2
Only four star because it worked on my IPhone 6s
I’ve been using This AmpliTube app for sometime now and it work well on my iPhone 6s but I am disappointed because it will not work for my iPhone 11. I got the adapter to connect into the iPhone lightning jack but it will not work. I’m disappointed with Ik multi media for false advertising it’s compatibility with the new iPhones and IPads and I’m disappointed with apple for taking out the headphone jack.Show lessmasterdurns

I became the proud father of an iRig Pro I/O for audio and MIDI just the other day. This is going to be used in iOS, which limits features internally; but still, this is a way for me to write music and lyrics within the available recording et al and share it with my cousin Mike B., as he and I both have the same iRigs... as the title above sez, I’ll keep you posted. Buyer beware !! App purchases do NOT transfer across devices.
The app itself is fine. My complaint is more about the lack of information that should be displayed in big bold RED font that purchases do NOT transfer across devices or platforms!! This is the worst possible thing to find out after the fact. When you invest some money in an app, and its available across multiple OS, isn’t it natural for the user to expect that those purchases are available across devices and platforms? Why would someone have to go through FAQ before making purchase?Show lesstrishulpani
Spring reverb constantly
So for some reason the app always has a spring reverb going even with nothing on.
The DI is fine, but then no matter what amp, with no pedals or anything...instant reverb constantly. It’s so annoying and I’ve gone back to using my bias software.

Its ok
This thing is mostly fun, with some ok guitar sounds. Its cumbersome to use to learn songs and/or jam along with anything. As a tool, it’s clunky, but still has some utility. Feeling a little hesitant to purchase items in app. I’m really disappointed and a little burned at how terrible the one amp (57 Fender Deluxe) I did buy is. I really dont want to take the gamble again, and honestly the plug ins that come with the app work goos enough. Any other sound modifications I can dial in well enough by running my pedal board through this.Show lessgtrmn
Beware of all things ik multimedia if u use iPad
Falsely advertised as being compatible with iPad Pro 3rd generation. I invested $200 in irig keys 49 , plus $30 for a power supply, plus $30 for a dongle adapter to connect the keyboard to the iPad 3. It simply doesn’t work. All that free software, I can’t download it from my registered ik multimedia account. I can pay $$$ for the apps of course. But even the free app like AmpliTube doesn’t work because neither my iPad Pro or my iPhone X recognizes the keyboard. Wasted money and time because irig keys 49 falsely claims to be compatible with iPad Pro 3rd gen.,,,,,.....at very least. You got me once ikmedia,.........I’ll never be back as a customer and will forever dissuade anyone from buying your product. Also, customer service is non existent if they know you are using an iPad Pro.Show lessAcDamnit
Charged $15 for looper merely touched it
In app touched wrong thing did not approve or upgrade. Reported error within 24 hours and was denied refund. Been using free for a year or so ...no problem. Would never use or need it. Create my own loops .....
