  • Issues with iPhone X

Just bought iRig-HD 2 and it won’t even light up when I connected my iPhone X with iOS 12. IK support page doesn’t have any information Please fix it.
  • Have to purchase iPhone and iPad separately

Stick with the free version. $20 will only let you use it on one device and there are not that many more effects in the paid version either.
  • You’re going to delete this.

Mystifying interface, lame free options, overpriced paid options, crashy, and prepare for deafening feedback unless you turn input down to 30%. Weak effort from a company who should have nailed it. There’s way better free and paid stuff out there.
  • What a GREAT App!

Amplitube is such a great app. I purchased the full version of the app a month ago. Before I purchased Amplitube, I tried two other guitar apps to compete with it and nothing beats Amplitube. The app has great sounds with clean tone and distortion, including other effect pedals and quality brand amplifiers that are used by famous musicians. Everything in Amplitube is amazing. I recommend this app to everyone who is a beginner or a professional guitar player.

  • Glitchy on iPhone X

Works fine on iPhone 6plus and my older iPad even, but got a new iPhoneX and it glitches. Seems we need to do an update!?
  • Feedback machine

I used to love AmpliTube back in the day. Not sure what happened. No matter what I do I get feedback in my head phones. The only way to calm it down is to basically turn the gain off, or BUY pedals to make it work correctly. I’ll just use my Line 6 stuff from now on.
  • Why not use GarageBand?

At first I thought this was great being free with purchase of iRigHD2. That was until I realized they cross sell you into most pedal/sounds you may want to end up using.

Amplitude also bugs out often losing the input pickup forcing you to restart your phone to recognize it.

I’d recommend Apple’s GarageBand to start with!

  • Need Access to the Older Version

Ok, I was forced to download the app because the older version no longer works with the new iOS. I use it all the time, it works great, just like before, no issues, but my question is:
What can be done to gain access to my songs stored on the deprecated app?
I have tons of data still stored on my phone which I can no longer access because the developer has not updated the app to work with iOS 11. I hesitate to begin recording on this new app for fear that next year I will be forced to update again.

Can a utility be created to import the old data from the older app?

  • Actually pretty fun!

Even the free version of this app is good. The sounds are great on the amp mods and the stomps sound great too. My only complaint is that there’s a slight latency when you are running multiple stomps at once. Doesn’t bother me much. Absolutely recommend. Beats the hell out of those silly headphone amps. Great for practicing.

  • A few bugs but lots of potential

I love this app. I’ve purchased the metal pack and the tuner and am really enjoying it. I do hope you guys fix the bug soon which causes the app to close after a few minutes of playing. I would use this app much more if it weren’t for that.
Other than that minor issue and some odd feedback I’m getting in my headphones, it is excellent
