Crashy and unreliable
Super frustrating that the app randomly tells me “back button is prohibited “, forcing me to log back in and start the check in process again. This is so slow and unreliable.
And why do I have to manually click a button to validate user ID? That should be a back end function, other apps and websites have had this sorted for years, this seems amateurish.Show lessDanzorz998
Not user friendly
Took a while to purchase my ticket. Also wouldn’t let me use my parents credit card to make purchase since they were paying for my trip as a gift. I kept getting circled back to the main page if I accidentally selected the wrong button and when using a coupon it wasn’t always saving and I would have to reselect the coupon before purchase. It was several hours before I could complete the purchase.Show lessMAQ

Completely broken
Completely broken and impossible to check in or get boarding pass. I should clarify that it just keeps sending me an endless check-in loops, over and over and over again. It tells me to check in so I press the check-in button, and then it says that I’m already checked in. It refuses to show me a boarding pass let me print a boarding pass or add one to my mobile wallet. It says I can’t do this because this is only allowed if I’m at an airport that doesn’t take a mobile boarding pass. A boarding pass is exactly what I want. This thing is so completely broken I don’t understand how it has any good ratings.Show lessnarbodon
One of the worst
Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I think this is the first time I’m leaving a review on an app. It rarely works correctly in showing data, and constantly asks me to input info repeatedly.
I think it’s a wrapped app around the website, but both are horrible.Hi, it’s me :)
terrible app site and call service
which is really sad because i actually love this airline! The in person staff have always been wonderful, they just really need to update their software or something because it shouldn’t take almost 7 and hours to book a flight lolGet rid of favs in TL
Cannot change flight booking
I tried to log in to change one leg of my flights, but when it came to view the new flights options, the app just continued showing the loading icon. I had this same issue on the Asiana website.Andy74283

Check in or passes not available in app. Must be done through website. Kind of useless appAus69

Separated from family
My family bought our tickets to travel at the same time in the same transaction. I understand a group of corporate colleagues not being able to be assigned seats together when it’s booked separately.
