I swear it took me so many tries to book my ticket, things kept resetting and deleting for no reason. The layout is so ugly and clunky. This app is so outdated and not user-friendly.arielfow

Terrible booking experience
The entire booking flow is in a modal. I spent about 30min entering all my info, seat selections, and a bunch of confirmations, my phone slipped and I accidentally touched the X on top right corner and it closed out the entire thing without asking for any confirmation! Worse is when I restarted the seat I selected is now unavailable!

Somewhat functional app with horrible service
This app is just a web browser port into mobile. It works just like the website which is not very good in todays standards. Combine that with horrible customer service from Asiana (web forms don’t work, AI chat service is very limited, they don’t answer the phone when you call) and it makes for a bad experience. Can’t even check in online
I thought Asiana is supposed to be a big respected airline? I have never had online check-in issues with any other company. On this app and on the website all I get is loading when I try to check in.joshhhh1488
The App is currently broken in UI-wise
The top section of the app is basically overlapping with notch iphones so It’s impossible to interact with stuff like my info. quick fix is needed asapPot_Lid
Issues on iPhone 12 Pro Max
On the iPhone 12 Pro Max for me when I this app the x button and next button at the top overlap with the time and battery and I can’t exit or go back to previous pages. Hence 2 stars, but I like the airline and would give them 5 stars once this is fixedKeKeKevin
Top menu bar inaccessible
The menu bar at the top of the app overlaps with the time, WiFi status and battery icon on the phone. This makes selecting anything in the apps menu bar impossible. I accept select anything in the menu barjonny72341
