Not a good app. Consistently crashes on multiple screens. Poor UI and UX. Can’t access membership details because of crashes.Conc&Steel
Airlines Ok but App is one of the worst I’ve seen
The website and app is simply horrendous. Each time you do or not do something the way it wants, you are sent back to the beginning of the booking. No other airlines app is as poorly designed as this. This is among many other user design issues. Please take a look at other airlines.
Every year, we spend about one hour making a booking that should have taken just less than 10 minutes. Then for the next few hours you are fuming and asking why you even bother taking the airlines in the first place.Show lessKkGGG77

Fast, convenient and useful
I love this app. I usually use it to check the ticket price and my mileage information. The only down side is the booking information will not export to iOS calendar. It will be even better if user can export booking information into iOS or Google calendar. Also I hope it can add the Star alliance reward ticket searching engine on the website and this app.Show lessHenrik Zeiss
Frequent Crashes

Poorly designed for iPad
On your iPad this app fails to select flight dates as it shows only six days a week and never go forward to next month. Lavish. This error does not occur on iPhone.Ginu

Pointless, clunky UI, subpar performance
I never review. This is my first actually.
That being said, this app doesnt even know if you have a trip coming up so you can check something or check in. You must input your information every time to see anything. Random start warning messages don't care about your input. Select “don't show”, it shows...
