Crashes all the time
Crashes when you tap on any grey dialogue, I can’t login to my Asiana Account or add any bookings to the app. At the moment, this app is useless. I’m on iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 11.Bombhead

Seat selection button is missing.
You used to be able to select seats from the app when viewing your reservation. But, now I can’t. Why would they remove this feature???ok2useLane
Could it be much worse?
Over the years countless people have left reviews pointing out the inadequacies of this app, yet little appears to have changed. Like others I cannot believe that an airline which prides itself on the quality of its on-board service can treat its customers with such disdain through the poor quality of this app.
Almost every action iniated seems to result in some kind of error message, regardless of whether or not that action can be performed. For instance, every time I attempt to recover my reservation I'm told that the reservation details are incorrect, yet most of the time I can still view my booking. Likewise, clicking "check" at the bottom of the Advanced Passenger Confirmation page result in an error message, yet I am still able to save the details.
More frustratingly for me, as a user of the iOS screen reader voice-over, a number of buttons are unlabelled and others simply do not work. There are around 2 million visually impaired people in the UK alone, it is not a small market, and inadequacies like this will put travellers, like me, off using airlines like Asiana in the future.
I only hope the airport and on-board services are as good as people say…Show lessGDVance

This app is way behind most other airlines' offerings. You can't add boarding passes to passbook, it has a clunky interface and often doesn't work properly. Needs a total redesign really; shame, as Asiana are a good airline.Feelgoodhit
Useless App
This app is so poor. Half of the functions don't seem to work and it's very slow and poorly designed. Amazing that such a great airline with 5* service can produce such a poor app to represent their airline!Rogerfagg
Very poor job.
Asiana should be ashamed of this app. Cranky, very poor optimisation for mobile, no passbook integration. If you choose mobile pass then you won't get the pdf. Please get your act together and make a proper app. Most other airlines have.Johnny pt000pt
Horrible app
This app is horrible for managing existing reservations. Something as simple as choosing your seat is impossible because the app directs you to a Korean site. For a great airline, the app is extremely disappointing.Momomomomomomo12
