If I could select zero stars I would.

The worst customer service ever.

Horrible service and not very transparent. Start with the service contract and then half way thru, they pull the rug on it adding or deleting items. Also the internet TV & Wi-Fi service does not work well, having to constantly reset/reboot the system. Would not recommend TIM.

Terrible app

I have been trying to add to my balance with my credit cards on file and it can never process. I have to go to a tabachi store physically and pay. Every time!

Please stop the constant bombardment of offers . If I want something I will look for it
The offer advert fill up my phone and are very annoying

Poor, simply doesn’t work properly.

Hi, make sure your operating system is up to date. Delete the app from 'Settings/General/Iphone Space' and click on 'Delete app'. Once reinstalled, if the problem persists, send an email to mytim.ios@telecomitalia.it, with number, owner, associated account, device model. Thanks from TIM.

La ridicola propaganda politicamente corretta ha infestato anche voi.
Tornate e lasciate il vostro logo dell’App dipinto coi colori normali e classici!
Ci sono già abbastanza infestazioni altrove!

Abandon all hope …

After I lost my home internet service with TIM, I spent in vain more than a month trying to get an appointment with a technician. Unfortunately, while the app used to work perfectly for me, suddenly I was locked out and unable to even change my password. After five weeks I eventually switched to another carrier with whom I could actually communicate. I had been current on my monthly payments and have no explanation why I lost service. This is the short version. The long version was much more unpleasant.

The app since ver 7.0.5 doesn’t work

The app can’t finish loading and hangs after logging in and showing my number. I reported that numerous times to the dev team and they simply don’t care. An example of their reasoning is that “if I activated the packages recently, then the problem is solved”. L=logic! Web interface, never heard of that? However, they don’t do anything yo solve the problem, but instead they simply wait till it “solves itself”.

Very Disappointing

The app no longer recognizes me and I can’t sign into my account. I have been without internet service for weeks and I am unable to navigate their labyrinth of a telephone service. A complete disaster.

A new version 705 doesn’t load

A new version doesn’t finish loading on my iphone: it passes authorization, my psw is recognized and I see my phone number above. But then the loading stops and hangs with spinner working.
I deleted it and reinstalled many times now, the result is always the same. Also I already got in touch with your support by email, they offered to cfm my email address and that was it. Very helpful.
