    Horrible service and not very transparent. Start with the service contract and then half way thru, they pull the rug on it adding or deleting items. Also the internet TV & Wi-Fi service does not work well, having to constantly reset/reboot the system. Would not recommend TIM.

  • Abandon all hope …

    After I lost my home internet service with TIM, I spent in vain more than a month trying to get an appointment with a technician. Unfortunately, while the app used to work perfectly for me, suddenly I was locked out and unable to even change my password. After five weeks I eventually switched to another carrier with whom I could actually communicate. I had been current on my monthly payments and have no explanation why I lost service. This is the short version. The long version was much more unpleasant.

  • The app since ver 7.0.5 doesn’t work

    The app can’t finish loading and hangs after logging in and showing my number. I reported that numerous times to the dev team and they simply don’t care. An example of their reasoning is that “if I activated the packages recently, then the problem is solved”. L=logic! Web interface, never heard of that? However, they don’t do anything yo solve the problem, but instead they simply wait till it “solves itself”.

  • Very Disappointing

    The app no longer recognizes me and I can’t sign into my account. I have been without internet service for weeks and I am unable to navigate their labyrinth of a telephone service. A complete disaster.

    Hi, for technical or commercial assistance you can use the chat on the app, but if you have problems with MyTIM you can send an email to mytim.ios@telecomitalia.it, indicating the problem, the number for which you request assistance, the holder , the associated account, and the device model.   • A new version 705 doesn’t load

    A new version doesn’t finish loading on my iphone: it passes authorization, my psw is recognized and I see my phone number above. But then the loading stops and hangs with spinner working.
    I deleted it and reinstalled many times now, the result is always the same. Also I already got in touch with your support by email, they offered to cfm my email address and that was it. Very helpful.

  • App doesn’t work anymore?

    What is up with your app not working for a while , just goes blank when you try to open it.

    Hi, clear the app's cache and data, check that the account is correct and reset the password from "recover user and password". If the problem persists, send an email to mytim.ios@telecomitalia.it, with number, owner, associated account, device model. Thanks from TIM.
  • Only in Italian

    The app functionality may be excellent. However, for a non-Italian speaker who needs to use the app to manage a mobile account while visiting Italy, it is very confusing since there isn’t an option to use the app in another language.
  • Cannot buy Giga week etc.

    Since 23 Dec it has been impossible to buy Giga Week or other similar offers. Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s not an app problem since it also doesn’t work on a browser.

  • Not Good

    I pay for WiFI but service is always off and I can’t get help through the App. TIM needs to send a technician to my house because linea on the router never illuminates green. When I call TIM, they say I must have a phone line at the house to talk to them. My phone is through the router. I would recommend a different company.

  • Terrible, not intuitive at all

    Trying to pay for wifi but can only add telephone lines. I go to the website and there are no instructions on how to pay for wifi only: “Use the app! It’s simple!” I don’t even think they know how to use it. They would rather have a tab for offers and deals than an intuitive and easy add a line tab where you can choose a different line to add other than telephone. Don’t use this app if you are able.
