TIM has teamed up with MobilePay to charge users for services they do not ask nor approve. I keep getting charges for services I have never requested and yet TIM doesn’t give me any warning nor support.Italian in SF

They block my services
I bought a line data for €25 and they block my services because I sent a iPhone message to my father and they said that I sent a regular text. iPhone to iPhone is the same as WhatsApp text, it is a online text.Betofon
You can’t pay with credit cards that aren’t Italy based
I’d give it no stars if I could. Why? Because you cannot pay with a credit card that is not Italian based. Remember the Euro zone? Well, that matters little when it comes to TIM. Of all the stupid and inane things.
To put this clearly, TIM will reject your card because your card is not Italian, even though you’re trying to give them money.
Until this is fixed, this app gets a bad rating from me, which is a shame because the app itself is quite good. Until that payment problem is fixed, however, it is worse than useless.
