Sono un americano che vive in Sicilia e usa TIM. L'app è molto buona e facile da usare. Sto imparando l'italiano, ma continuo a lottare così se ci fosse un modo per cambiare la lingua sarebbe ancora meglio. Questa app ti aiuta a pagare più facilmente. Basta aggiungere le lingue !!!

It has improved.
It has improved compare to its previous version. The app still has intermittent issue..sometimes it doesn’t work. Suggest having other languages ie English, Spanish etc...ToughGuy03

This app almost only way to check TIM usage in realtime ( dunno what is SMS checking way ) but only supports Italian. Nothing like to way for changing language options in app. i need use google realtime trNslator app in other phone to what is menu meaning. it should be better by including English means supporting international traveler. This app looks like it was built in 2010. Please kindly improve on the user interface.
I was unable to explore the app because it's only in italian. I don't know why Italians do this but this isn't fair to the world. Most of the technologies you guys use originated from other countries and they at least made it multilingual. Please include option to select languages...at least English. I tried to refill but the app crashes. The money was debited from my credit card and zero to my tim numberAngeloDagostino
WORST
This is hands down the worst cell phone app of all time not only does it constantly crash but I swear this app steals the credit I put towards my phone bill . I went to the TIM store many times to address the issue and they assured me it wasn’t their fault... well I call BULL$@#! !!! , DO NOT download this app or even waste your time with TIM as a whole...
