  • I didn’t expect this…

    The app works well, but Tim’s move to change their logo to fit the rainbow movement demonstrates that they care more about making money than the truth. Celebrating the s*n of ho*******lity and tran****der ideology does a disservice to the people that Tim claims to support. Rather, it further supports and propagates a culture void of life and love. Real love, real life, came over 2000 years ago when J*sus Chr*st as G*d in human flesh came to die for s**ners like us so that we wouldn’t s*ffer for our s*ns. He rose again on the third day and offers true life, unity, and love, to anyone who will turn from s*n, not celebrate it, and trust fully in Him. Rep*nt and believe the Go*p*l.

    I use Tim for iPhone and internet Moderm when in Italy. All iPhone and internet plans are complex difficult to understand credit runs out unexpectedly and the Tim stores are unhelpful. Looking for another provider.

    The fact that you don’t have an English. Erosion of your app makes understanding the messages very difficult. Why can’t I choose the language of my choice?

  • The Ricarica feature doesn't work

    It takes money from your credit card, but doesn't give you credit for it. Simply robbery.
  • Pessima App

    Questa app è un bloatware, pieno di pubblicità non desiderate (dell’operatore) anche se si seleziona espressamente la richiesta di non ricevere comunicazioni di marketing.

    Cosa peggiore, la funzione di supporto che è fortemente indirizzata all’assistente AI “Angie” che così pieno di bug da rendere il tutto inutilizzabile - funziona a il 10% delle volte e perde i ticket aperti.

    Caso pratico: sono diversi giorni che apro segnalazioni alle 9 di sera (momento in cui cerco di usare internet da sim dati e puntualmente non funziona). Angie registra il ticket e siccome gli operatori sono offline fino alle 8 della mattina, risponde di attendere il giorno seguente. La mattina, il ticket non viene gestito e dopo qualche giorno l’assistente riparte senza che nessuno abbia quasi mai provato a risolvere la cosa. In 10+ giorni di ticket - 2 sono stati risposti. Gli altri sembra non siano mai stati recepiti dai tecnici.

    Suggerimento: cambiate team di sviluppo, product manager o appoggiatevi a un sistema di ticketing che funzioni davvero (ce ne sono parecchi).

  • Non posso accedere dall’estero

    Recentemente, dopo un’aggiornameto dell’app, non è più possibile accedere se non si è fisicamente nel territorio Italiano.
    Questo causa che non possa verificare e pagare le bollette di mia madre ottantenne
  • The app doesn’t work anymore

    When do you foresee the app working again ? You answered that you are working on it more than two months ago but today you are still answering the same thing. Please let me know when i can use the app again.

  • New SIM Card

    I bought a new SIM card and he didn’t activate it or give me any credit, plus then closed the shop within minutes and I was left standing outside in a heat wave and no phone or Internet.

  • Just one change.

    Just need a English version. I purchased a WiFi hotspot in Italy in may to have service on my phone which was great, but I couldn’t understand the settings. All I needed was to just turn it on and it worked but still. I have a feeling it’s useless in the future if I cant understand the language the next time I travel and want to add service.

  • Impossibile registrarsi

    Non riesco a registrarmi dopo circa un mese dalla portabilità del mio numero da contratto business a ricaricabile. Dopo aver inserito il numero di telefono appare l’errore “Servizio momentaneamente non disponibile”
