Great Airline. The App is simply frustrating!!!
I love ANA as an airline: the service and overall experience are among the best. However, the ANA app is shockingly unfriendly and non-intuitive.
For example, on the home page, clicking on “Load Reservations” doesn’t show any of my bookings. I have to go to the menu, search for the “My Trips” option, select “International,” and even then, my flight isn’t there. Instead, I have to manually enter my reservation number and name every time. Even after doing this, the app doesn’t save the details for future reference, forcing me to go through the entire process again and again. It’s incredibly frustrating and inefficient.
To make matters worse, ANA has a completely separate app for ANA Mileage. Why? Why can’t everything be consolidated into one app? Managing flights and mileage in separate apps adds unnecessary complexity.
While I like ANA’s in-flight service and hospitality, the app desperately needs an overhaul. A more user-friendly, intuitive design that prioritizes customer convenience would make a world of difference.

I have flown with ANA several times and particularly like the service and the quality aircraft m. The flight times are great for Sydney to Tokyo and return!

Best flight I’ve ever been on!!
When you get onto the plane it’s nice, clean, and very comfy. Literally no matter wear you sit, it’s gonna be the best flight ride of your life unless if you’re right next to the bathroom. The flight hostesses are also very nice and will also greet you when they get the chance to. And the meals on the flight are very clean and delicious. On top of that, it’s free. FREE!! The food, customer service, flight, and literally everything deserves a 10 out of 5 stars. ✨✨✨ I definitely recommend you choose this airline.

Issue with mobile boarding pass
Not able to issue mobile boarding passes via app. Even not able to send email address .
Gate number
Last time I was in Haneda, an announce was made to change the departure gate*. To confirm I looked into ANA app but I did not find the gate number in it. Wish it could be updated.
Two Thumbs Up
Great airline. The customer service is excellent. Clean and I really enjoyed the food. I upgraded to premium economy and was not expecting to have access to the First Class Lounge. I give ANA two thumbs up. I highly recommend flying with ANA. Keep up the good work.
Best reward ticket booking system ever
It is easy to navigate thru the app. You can still search for reward tickets even if you don’t have the sufficient amount of point for the flight.
Does not work properly
Since the App goes to its own web page, as opposed to working inside the App itself, it does not work properly. It’s slow and really annoying, very cumbersome, and since it tries to load the web page inside the App, the GUI displays are really small and faint, and annoying to have to continually zoom in to see anything. Poor App.

ANA provide my wife & I with excellent services, experienced captain, newer aircrafts and delicious food. But the only thing I want to complain is that I need to switch airports for my connecting flights, that create a lot of headache for me, other than that 5 stars!
Worst app!
I’m in US, with United, so I have to use start alliance. But this is the worst app ever! It kept giving me the Singapore or UK currency, the page is full of Japanese language it’s hard to navigate or change to English. I finally managed to change the region to USA, but the currency still reflects as in UK. What a nightmare, to book a flight! I always start Japan. It’s one of those frontier country with the most advanced technology, but the usability of this app is a total disaster, and it’s very outdated.
