Magazine function can be improved
I love the idea that passengers can enjoy varied magazines through this app, but my experience was not good enough because the UI can display only one page of the magazine. I have to slip so many times.
For a better reading experience, I even downloaded this app on iPad, but the UI is the same as the iPhone version. Which is disappointing.
I love the way we read ANA DUTY-FREE SHOP magazine online. I slipped once and read 2 pages, like a real-world experience. So I can enjoy the layout, pictures, and design of the magazine. Rather than can only read a single page each time slip.

Best service on all expectations *****
Overseas service from ANNA are the best from the ticket counters to stewards in the air planes ***** appeal are beautiful and very friendly and respectful ***** I’m very pleased and recommended always fly ANNA*****💝💝💝💝💝🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Why such a great airline has such a poor app?
It almost impossible to find a reservation through the app! Even when the online check in is done you cannot find your reservation on the app.

Not fit for purpose
Unfortunately the app won’t accept any international bookings when you enter the ref / ticket number etc. This has now happened on over 4 bookings over several months. The app has never accepted one of my bookings. The website does without issue with the same info.

This app is the best Japan can do? How sad
Spend some money and hire better programmers! This slow, difficult to use app belongs in the trash! Please redo the interface…why can’t it remember my reservation without having to enter it each time …just look at what other airlines are doing if it’s so difficult to create.
Worst airline app ever
1. You have to put in you name and ticket number every time you want to see your flight information. Why it cannot stay in my account? This is a complete waste of time
2. ANA mileage club is a separate app. Completely unnecessary

Please check how the design of the United or Delta app is
Everything is perfect for Ana, except this app. It is terrible – I can’t refresh it properly, and there is no information or updates for my flight, including the boarding gate or luggage claim number.
poor design
it’s as bad as their website. clunky and poorly designed. you go round in circles looking for information and i think they just want you to give up. other airlines are much better by comparison. it’s been so difficult preparing and gathering information that i will avoid using this airline in the future.

Don’t fly this airline
I try their First, business and Econ. their ground crews both in Tokyo and Hong Kong are useless. you literally got 20 people starring at you on a business class line and you wait over a hour while they are playing with cargo. phone support is non existent. I have to file complaint with CTA to get my refund. when I am willing yo pay 6k for flight and this airline makes air canada looks like a premium airline. So if you have a choice
