First name? NOT!
Couldn’t find my reservation. I tried every combination of name, eticket and confirmation. Nothing worked until remembered seeing my first and middle name together on my itinerary. I tried putting in both in the First Name field. Success at last.
It would have saved me several days of retrying and reloading the app trying to figure out why it couldn’t find my reservation if the app would just asked for what it wanted.
First name is DIFFERENT from first AND middle name!!! I guess the Japs don’t know better. Idiots.Show lessGoodVintage
Difficult
Difficult to navigate, difficult to download magazines. Especially difficult (impossible?) at Narita but perhaps that’s due to horrible WiFi in the ANA lounge there.Peter 13579
The app is truly terrible
As far as the app goes, wow. Nothing works. You have to type in your confirmation number every time. Online check in is hit or miss. And being 1k on a star alliance partner is worthless. The plane was nice though.Submarines Once..

Nothing to rate
Unable to pull up my reservations to this app and when I called the airline it was impossible to get through without a long wait. Will probably ditch all the ANA apps and check in at the airport. Even 1 star is to much for the ANA appsgowchrn94rtd
Tiny tiny screen and unreadable recaptcha
Who puts a recaptcha in a app?
I can not see the recaptcha on the tiny tiny app screen, and i am using a ipad, the app makes you scroll left right up down without seeing the whole screen…….poor user interface and unusable due to tiny recaptcha.

Breakfast was excellent!
I was supposed fly out from O’Hare airport.
But it didn’t happened and I received nice breakfast and service with smiles.
