Garbage app
This app won’t show any gate info at the airport. Useless!
Got Worse When Updated
ANA ties the language selection of the app to the iPhone language selected in set up. Problem is the underlying menus and all loyalty program details are in Japanese. Also, the app does not support corporate customers in English, but does in Japanese. ANA should let customers select language in the app so that domestic corporate customers can use the app to book flights. It's arrogant and stupid to tie language selection to iPhone setup rather than app.

Ugly interface
Really ugly interface, worse than the last version.

I've been a big fan of this app, but was terribly shocked by this update. This is nothing like the previous version and I see no use of it. It doesn't show how to book a flight using mileage, no wallet, and no Japanese language support??
The top page design is so horrible and it shows awkward design website when you click the top right to see mileage and pts info.
Pls pls pls let us get the previous version back!!

DIA status on mobile boarding pass please.
The app is great. It would be nice to have the DIA status on the mobile boarding pass. It would make gate check in easier. I mostly use C class and stand in the Diamond Member line. Without the DIA on my mobile boarding pass, I need to show my Diamond card. It's not so convenient.

It's immediately logged off by system just after successfully logging in.
Not all functions of the app work in the US
I travel a lot between Japan and the US. I use ANA all the time. My experience with the app is wonderful when departing Japan for the US. However, the app doesn't allow for easy check in or the ability to put your boarding pass in the wallet when departing from the US. It would be nice if all the app features were seem less, no matter what country you are in.

When I booked a flight with ANA, I registered the miles to be credited to my United Airlines mileage club. As a result, when I go to the ANA app on my iPhone, and check my reservation, it doesn't show up. I have to go to another screen and enter my reservation number and name. There must be a way to get around this.
