Good app, keeps crashing on iPad
I like the app when it works however it keeps crashing and freezing on my iPadanthrax147
Gimmicked by the app company
I used the application last year in 2019 and I got a gift worth $ 50 and I could not get it .. And I got more than 300 points I can exchange for free subscription but unfortunately discovered summer vacation and before the start of the study a simple period cleared all my settings and demanded to download the application again and cleared all My last points, chapters and reports .. I have to pay other fees "a cheap trick

Too Many Glitches to be Reliable
I’ve tried to live this app hoping bugs would be fixed. I’ve used this app for over 2 years and it consistently fails critically across the various features. Often when entering grades it crashes. And then you have to wait for it to load again to try to enter details again. This usually happens every other student. Meaning it can take up to 15 minutes to do something as simple as entering grades. The attendance often also doesn’t save what you’ve entered. It seems that this last term it only saved about 50% of the data entered. What’s the point? I’ve changed to a spreadsheet for grades and paper for attendance. And I’m saving way more time. I’ve contacted several times about bugs but I have never heard a thing back. They do update regularly, but for me all the bugs have persisted. Often there’s more bugs in an update. This company needs to restructure how they receive feedback and how to send it to their programming team.Show lessNiebalung
Great concept poor execution
This app is a great idea and I wish I could use it but it crashes constantly! Both my iOS and the app are up to date but I can barely input one piece of data before it crashes on me. Hope they fix the glitches!Bootsy17

Canceled subscription but still got billed
I got tired of the questionable auto-renewal subscription system where I was certain I had unsubscribed (I don't need the app during winter and summer break) but then found myself getting billedv anyway. It was a useful app, but the somewhat predatory nature of their subscription model turned me off.
I have since been using a teaching app that is more versatile (if slightly less user friendly) and only requires a one-time payment. I likely can't name competitors, but just do a search for the most popular teaching apps and look for a well reviewed one that doesn't use a subscription model.Show lessCapt. Kibosh
