Dont spend money here, use a different service that lets you control your data.

Great Insights, But No Way to Export or Save the Full Report
The only big issue for me is that there is no way to download or print the full report as a clean PDF with all my information. I wish I could export everything all at once, including the gene details, so I could save it properly for my personal use. It’s frustrating that I have to resort to taking a bunch of screenshots instead. It’s important to be able to have my results accessible without having to log in and scroll through the app every time. That’s really the only reason I wouldn’t fully recommend it.

At 3X4 Health, making your data fully transparent and accessible is a core principle, and feedback like yours matters deeply to us. You should be able to access your results in a simple, complete format whenever you need them. A full PDF export of your entire report, including gene-level detail, is something we agree is essential, and we are actively working on making this available as soon as possible. Gatekeeping access to data
The app has either a design flaw or purposeful removal of our genetic data, and currently only displays general info like “you are likely to experience (this health issue)” and nothing more, with no genetic info whatsoever.
Customer support is not helpful, and as I said, they just say that a PDF or other comparable file of our own personal health info will not be sent unless we link with one of their approved practitioners.
Had I known any of this business’s practices I would not have used them. Extremely dissatisfied. In 2026 a private company that has taken significant payment for personal health information should not be gatekeeping that information.

From day one, we’ve built this company on the belief that any data we collect belongs fully and unequivocally to our customers. Our goal is always to make that data as transparent, accessible, and useful as possible. Your genetic data is available within the app, and you can access it by going to Genetics (tap the helix icon in the bottom navigation bar) → select a pathway under “Pathway Results” → this will take you to the pathway details, where you can tap “View Your Gene Results” to see a detailed table showing each gene, its variant, and your specific genotype results. That said, we clearly didn’t meet the mark in making this easy to find or intuitive, and we take that seriously. We’d really like the opportunity to make this right. We’ll be reaching out directly to help you access everything you need and to support you further, including a refund if appropriate. Thank you again for your feedback. It genuinely helps us improve.
Limited access to actual data
It would be so much more usable if I could download all the genetic data in one place. And a search function to search specific genes. Thank you!
