Almost
In so many ways this APP is better than that steamy pile TCU rolled out before their identity crisis. BUT 3 weeks in a row I just want to sign into it on a Friday morning and check my account because I get paid and the information won’t load. The first time it was hours. The second time not long, but still irritating. Today we will see as it seems to be a legitimate issue again. I’m getting error messages. This is unfortunate as online banking is extremely important to me so a good app is extremely important to me. I almost jumped ship with that last app mentioned above. Maybe this is my sign. TCU changed, maybe it’s time for me to change too. I’m dusty. Also, if you’re gonna be purple- Make it Prince vibes.

great functionality
The TCU mobile apps are fully functional and meet all my mobile banking needs. I have an app for my business account, and one for my personal checking. Both offer the access, tools, And functions I need for safe, efficient, and enjoyable mobile banking.
Change in Mobile Banking
I think the change in mobile banking has been horrible. You can’t do anything but check your balance and that takes away the convenience of mobile banking. My app always makes me register my device every single time I try to use it even though I’m always using the same device. The pop up advising that we can no longer use the app for mobile banking can be taken off by now, it’s just one more thing I have to click on so that I can just see my balance. Very unhappy with this change.

Cumbersome
-The third party Bill Pay site is horrible and adds extra levels of complication to navigate. -It’s not possible to hide a payee from the front facing site unless I delete the payee and all the data which I don’t want to do.
-The login page now has an extra step of having to click on “Business” or “Personal” which is super annoying.
-I can’t figure out how to stop the email reminders about paying bills that I no longer need to pay. It shouldn’t take this long to find how to do it!

Easiest banking app yet!
This is the easiest banking/CU app yet! It loads quickly, it’s straightforward and “to the point” and you don’t have to jump through hoops to find the area of interest. Your balance appears on the first page immediately after logging in. All other banking apps could take a lesson from this developer!!

Online banking
I don’t understand why TCU can not update their online banking, others banks or credit unions, have a way better systems, we made a payment on the 30th and it still is not updated 8 days later. Why do I need 2 text messages at 6:50 am, one states notification that matches the criteria and then 30 seconds later get one for the balance... I wasn’t getting anything for several months and TCU was checking on it the whole time. If you go to the credit union and withdraw you would think you would get notifications within the hour and if that wasn’t withdrawn by us we can notify TCU quicker..... this is really getting our household ready to change our banking institution. Also the rebate program is not up to par, they should give you rebates whether you use it as a debit or credit!

Very disappointing
This app does not allow you to hide the payees. It is also pretty clunky in the way it works. The old app was far far better in that it had so many features that I used. When TCU switched companies/developers and went to this current app, I kept requesting at least the same features that the previous app had and was told time and again to give it time. These are just programming features that can be added if you had a good programmer and these features SHOULD be added back. You’ve actually reduced the functionality for your members instead of increased it as well as taken a step back instead of a step forward. A lot of time has passed and I’ve seen no fixes on the front side and am now told those features are unavailable and that I have to log onto a computer to complete my business. This defeats the purpose of an app. I am considering moving banking institutions because I use the app for most of my banking and it’s so frustrating.

Observation
This is a good application easy and fast. I have an observation that I think is limiting our daily transaction. It is difficult for a member of TUC to transfer to another bank quickly, I am wondering why TUC is not collaborate with Zelle. Most of my friends refuse using TUC because of this limitation. However, this is what I observe within my community and does not mean it happens to everyone and I believe there may be a reason know better by the management of TUC for not using such a platform. Except that TUC is my favorite Bank. Regards!

App rating -WOW
TCU App is very user friendly! This is my checking account and I give it a 5 star rating! My husband has his checking account at another credit union. And because his credit union does NOT have an app, I have to either direct call them or use their telephone automated teller and pick from a long list of codes to get the same info offer through TCU App. Not always user friendly... Thank you TCU for your wonderful app!

Migration issues
The migration to the new platform and app is absolutely terrible. I have received the email and now a reminder to enroll in the ‘new experience.’ I cannot enroll in the new app and have visited branches twice and called three times. I have been told tickets have been submitted on three occasions with no resolution. Meanwhile, for whatever reason functionally in the old app has been removed: I can no longer transfer in the app, nor can I check my card rebate or redeem, and I cannot use the bill pay function.
I received an email to update my information for MFA, and now my settings are gone too.
