To begin with, No I did not like it. I wasn’t aware there was a change. I was trying everything to access the application but no such luck. So I called the Dept where you get help with your ATM
card. I spoke with a lady who had the patience of
Job. She wasn’t sure about some things so she called me back and left a message the following day to check on me with accessing the history on my checking account. So do I like it now? Yes I do!
She helped me with changing my password from beginning to the following day! It’s a great app now that I’m familiar with it.

Reliable banking app
I have been banking online with this bank for many years and have been able to rely on this app for many years. My only suggestion would be to improve the notifications portion of the app. Getting a text or email notification that a banking transaction has occurred and no other details is not helpful. I recommend including an amount. Thank you.

Awful for external Mortgage payment
I recently refinanced my mortgage with TCU. I was assured that I could make a payment with an external bank. It’s incredibly hard to do so. I used mobile banking almost exclusively with my previous provider and I should have never left. TCU has a 60 day waiting period to set up an external account for payment. There’s a $1000 cap on external transfers. I was told I would have to make 3 separate transfers to my TCU savings account, wait up to 3 days for it to process THEN transfer the payment to my mortgage account. They’re still operating like it’s 1999. The alternative I was provided was to make my payment via a call center operator, mail a check or pay in person. Their online and mobile banking app is awful if you intend to pay through an account that’s not owned by TCU. I will be refinancing through another bank that offers better mobile/online banking support as soon as the opportunity arises.

No Problem with App
I have been a member with TCU for 40yrs. I’ve been through every changes including this app. I’ve been using the app for years now and I really like it. You’re able to do almost if not everything from the app without having to go into the credit union office that’s what I like the most.
VERY Convenient
I love this app! I use it weekly. The best feature for me is being able to contact customer services and leave a message and get an almost immediate response. It says to allow 48 hours but my experience has been same day. This has been very helpful when I have to be out of town with little notice and need my card released for purchases.

Not optimized for joint accounts
The app has all the basic functions you may need. However, if you open up a joint account, only one of the members will be able to see/have access to the account on the app. Both members do not have access to see the joint account. Additionally, if you have an ultimate checking and have to keep track of no-pin transactions, there’s no way to do so. I still have to call the bank to see if we’ve met the no pin transaction threshold in order to get interest on our money. It’s a functional app, but definitely could use further optimization.

Bill Pay Hide Payee Still Broken
I have only one complaint, but it’s a big one. At one time you could hide payees in the Bill Pay section, but it no longer works. Now I have more inactive payee account listings than active ones. Even if you go to the bill pay website and hide payees, the hidden payees still show up in the mobile app. I don’t want to delete the inactive payees, but I don’t want to page through a bunch of them to get to the ones I do need. Please bring this hidden payee feature back. I miss it.

Great App
I absolutely love this app, there’s only one thing I continue to have issues with:
The card rebate
For some reason the rebate I’ve earned has again stopped circulating my rebate reward money.
Not sure why, it get frustrating. The last time I wasn’t able to see this amount I went inside and they told me I had a large available amount. I couldn’t see it for well over a year!
Other than that I have no complaints.

User-friendly App
App is user-friendly. I use it for nearly all our needs: depositing checks, paying bills, balancing accounts, asking questions . One change/addition that seems important (to me, at least) is to be able to keep track of our rebate.I don’t like having to call or send a message to see how close we are to start earning again.

Improving
I make use of the app to check my balances and to transfer money. It is fairly easy to use and easy to get around. It works a lot like the actual website which is good because then it’s familiar and easy to transition back-and-forth. It’s gotten a lot better than it was initially. And it is faster operating as well.
