Love the choice of inductions (tho would love it if there was a couple more to choose from as i listen to this everyday and am getting a bit bored of it). Most of the hypnosis sessions are great, there were a couple of them that i had questions about and emailed 'support' about and they never responded which is my only true negative.Show lessmalitrace
Pretty good
I use a bunch of these apps the the company offers such as sleep, diet, etc. Most of then do put me to sleep quickly but when you listen every night the same exact induction story gets soooo boring. If they had different inductions I'd give it a much higher rating. Also, I think the older versions crashed but ive never had a problem with it.Show lessDaniellbo

Gets me to sleep every time!
Never heard the end of this recording. The only minor thing is the volume drop is a bit annoying between intro and hypnosis recording. I have to turn it up which defeats the object of relaxation bit!!Grhands81

I didn't think I'd be a good candidate for hypnosis and I was very skeptical that it would really help with my sleep problems but decided to give it a try . It is so relaxing and soothing.
By only the 2nd night I was falling asleep before the program completed. I know it seems expensive but for someone who has difficulty getting a good night's sleep, it is definitely worth it.Show lessTelliecat

Ive never tried hypnosis and have to admit that I've always thought it was hocus pocus. I was wrong! I've used the sleep app for over a week and its great - it works! If you're skeptical, give it a try it - you'll change your mind.

Doesn't work when I lock
This new update I can't listen when I lock it and it's annoying because it means I have to leave the screen on all night and by the morning, all the batteries down. Please
