Useful, needs improvement
This app is good for tracking coupons & rewards and placing orders however it stumbles when u want to review an order, look at specific past purchases, communicate with customer service about an order issue.
During each pickup order I receive notifications to review substitutions that I’m never able to complete in the app. The past purchases show me things I’ve never bought and I have to log in to the website if I want to ask for a refund on a missing or damaged item from my pickup order. These are functions that operate seamlessly in most other shopping apps.

Decent app but needs improvements
This app is close to being good but lacks in searching and usability. When you hit the back button, it should take you to the previous screen not all the way back to the beginning of the page. When you search there should be an option to filter by aisle; frozen, produce, bakery, etc. the current filter is too complicated and too many choices. Sometimes a broad filter by aisle is better because I may not know exactly what I am looking for. Place the shop all deals in an easier to find location like under the shop page instead of burying it at the end of the clearance page. App is glitchy and slow to respond as well.

Please fix points redemption
Whenever you go to redeem points they expire on different days. When you hit redeem, your oldest points should be redeemed first and any left over points should be from the newest set of points. For example, I had 1254 points, and 982 of the expire on 5/22 the rest expire on 5/29. You can only redeem in increments of 100, so I redeemed 1200 and had 54 left over. Now the app says these 54 points expire on 5/22. They should keep the expiration of the most recent date, 5/29.
This happens every time I redeem points and it’s very frustrating!!!!!!!!! Giant is cutting you out of your hard earned points. With as much money as I spend at the store, I should at least be able to keep my 54 points for as long as possible. A seven day time difference isn’t huge but I’ve had points expire months apart and it still does this.
