Useful, needs improvement
During each pickup order I receive notifications to review substitutions that I’m never able to complete in the app. The past purchases show me things I’ve never bought and I have to log in to the website if I want to ask for a refund on a missing or damaged item from my pickup order. These are functions that operate seamlessly in most other shopping apps.

This happens every time I redeem points and it’s very frustrating!!!!!!!!! Giant is cutting you out of your hard earned points. With as much money as I spend at the store, I should at least be able to keep my 54 points for as long as possible. A seven day time difference isn’t huge but I’ve had points expire months apart and it still does this.
