Unusable

I registered my new card online then downloaded the app as suggested. The app asked for first 6 digits of card and email in order to log in. However, the first field for digits does not accept any entries and with the email only entered, I am unable to log in and use the app. Exploring the alternative methods did not help. I have no way of using the app. I am going to stop using the card and revert back to Apple rewards card.

Very unpleasant user interface

The UI seems like a cheap website that has been outfitted to look like an app. I cannot find relevant deals immediately. Navigating he app feels like I’m agent 007 carefully tiptoeing over moving lasers and tripwires that will launch unwanted ads.

doesn’t even work

if i could give this no stars i would bc that’s all it does - nothing. i’ve tried using this application on multiple different iphone devices and each and everyone has only worked right after downloading up until i sign in, if i even try to open the app it’ll glitch and close out.

So many restaurants and awesome vendors to get an incentive to try out. It is awesome to know that Passport curates their content based on recommendations from users. With the pandemic spots are offering take-out incentives, and services that can help me navigate life in the pandemic.

iPad app is not rotating to match the iPad on keyboard stand

Login screen welcomed me by not rotating correctly to match the iPad on keyboard stand, which is basic usability and accessibility issue. So, i can either type with my head tilted 90 degrees, or delete the app that couldn’t care less. I did the latter.

App is slow with a bad UI

I don’t understand why the card has to be locked deep down somewhere, I have to open the app and that takes some 20 seconds. Followed by a search which takes another 20 seconds and finally look for use a card. This all should be done in less than 10 seconds. My suggestions are either cut down this animations which have no use and make it fast, or make the card available in the home screen or let the users add it to their wallet for easy access. The app is super slow and I’ve been using for over an year and still can’t believe it hasn’t been improved...

Quick tip for a faster experience: if you tap the "View Offers" tab, the nearest participating businesses (by GPS location) will be shown immediately. Absolute junk. Spammy, false advertising, trash messages. Worth less than zero. Avoid this company like the plague.

Lots of features, but has UX problems

This app seems to be somewhat far-reaching in terms of features, but the user experience needs a lot more testing and tweaking.

Can’t login

The app doesn’t let you login with the card info and email.

Unwanted notification.

This app sent me a notification at 11:30 PM that was effectively just an advertisement. This is not what notifications are for. This is an immediate 1 star and all notifications blocked for me.

If you really are desperate to increase engagement at the end of the quarter, AT LEAST give people an incentive of some kind. This is sad.
