New version crashes, will not open
The latest version immediately crashes as sooner as I launch the app. Plus, there needs to be a timeline for playing recordings one camera at a time. Playback needs to be smoother. This software is terrible. Sorry, but you asked for my opinion.ochie629
Doesn’t work anymore
Used to work before update Dec 15 now opens then immediately closes. Real maddening as I use this to monitor my businesses.RubberPants675
Crashed after update
I just downloaded this app yesterday and it worked fine. This morning I tried to open it and it immediately crashed. Uninstalled and redownloaded with same result.Beebeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Latest version as of December 16th 2018 automatically updated on my iPhone XR and crashes every attempt to open the app. Can I downgrade to the previous version? It sucked but at least it worked.Sabusido9
iOS Upgrade Problem
I just upgrade to iOS 12.0.1 and now I can access and play back saved recordings. When I select a camera and press the film clip icon on the lower right, it starts the spinning icon and then a red “x” appears.
Is this because of the iOS upgrade or does it sound like another issue?

I have installed this app for all Geovision customer, to configure app is not easy, most of the time it does not work when use isp internet, I have sent so many email to Geovision, they don’t listen, provided suggestion but they don’t implement, I hope they read this review, they are not interested to prompt their product, all my customer complained that. Continually goes offline
App needs lots of work. It consistently goes offline and theirs no support to get it back online. Ever since they didn’t upgrade IOS 11 and everyone had to go to GV Eye, I would not recommend, terrible app.Whuttered
A few fixes would be appreciated!
Please update the app to use more screen. There’s a lot of blank space that could be used to make the camera view bigger. Looks like the app isn’t optimized for iPhone Plus sizes and iPhone X.
When I navigate away from the app for several minutes or longer and come back, all of the cameras are frozen and take about 20 seconds to refresh. It’s faster to force close the app and re open. Let the cameras stream in the background or add an automatic refresh/refresh button.
Would like to see Apple Watch support! Would even pay for all of the features/updates mentioned above! Thanks.Show lessEuphLlama
