  • Geovision 3.0

    This app is in need of attention it crashes or the cameras just set an spin. When you click a pic to enlarge it an then hit the back button to go back to live view it crashes or just sits an spins on the live page. All my devices are up to date every thing worked great in version 2.9 but when i updated to 3.0 the problems started including in there new ez access its the same it crashes. How can i get the old version back it works more than i can say about the new 3.0 junk.

  • Finally a fixed to the GUI lagging v3.0.0

    After several seemingly bad iOS version updates and constant communication and video evidence sent to geovision I am happy to report that version 3.0.0. fixes the GUI lag and overall slowness of the app and the app is now acting great like it was three or four versions ago. Here’s hoping it stays that way.

  • Crashes and Slow

    Recent updates have made the app slow and buggy. I can no longer rely on seeing my cameras. It either takes too long, shows a still image instead of live, or crashes completely. This is since a recent update. GV-VMS 17.4.3 with 39 cameras. Was fine before the update.
  • All video black on iOS 16.1 *FULLY WORKING NOW*

    Recent iOS upgrade caused black screen for video on all channels on GV-Eye 2.9.1. It was working fine until upgraded to iOS 16.1.

    UPDATE: Geovision came through and fixed issues with V2.9.2 software update. No need to manually update and was done automatically.

  • New update WORKS with iOS 16.1

    The latest iOS update 16.1 broke the app but Geovision immediately came through and updated this app and now it works perfectly.

  • Black screen no pictures but loads

    After updating my iPhone X and iPad to 16.1, I am no longer getting a picture. It is streaming but no picture. I’m using SNVR 0811. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled. Same thing. Firmware on my SNVR is also using latest available. My computer works fine which is on the same network but mobile devices have cease to work after update. Any ideas? I also downloaded the final version of 16.1 not the Beta.

    This is a known issue which only occurs when GV-Eye running on iOS 16.1. This issue has been fixed in v2.9.2, please upgrade to the latest version with App Store. If you have any other question, please email to support@geovision.com.tw
  • Updated now crashing iPhone 11 Pro

    New update is crashing every 15-20 seconds after it’s opened
  • Great… But,

    I’ve been using this app since it came out. I’m a GV installer, so all my customers use this app. However after the latest update, the app is crashing all the time. Won’t stay open for more than 15 or 20 seconds before it just closes. Other than that, it’s a good app. High resolution cameras come through great, there’s a playback feature and pinch and zoom is awesome. And you can do multiple sites with the same app. I just wish you would quit crashing

    Thank you for your feedback. According to our internal test, GV-Eye running on iPhone13 (OS version iOS 15.4). When GV-Eye connecting NVR, VMS, GV-SNVR, Recording Server, UA-XVL/XVR/SNVR, continue to use GV-Eye watching camera live view in 5 minutes, GV-Eye did not crash.   • Cameras not working

    Everything was great until two days ago, now I can not see my cameras on my phone. All I get is a red exclamation point.
  • Such a poor support

    Update:
    These guys are extremely unprofessional. They all of sudden stopped support of older versions. How unprofessional

    Have been using GV since 2005 and it is upsetting that their support is so horrible and worse yet, attitude is, well I guess it doesn’t work. So unprofessional and arrogant. Good software and cams but it is time to move onto a better company. Their support team’s attitude along with lack of knowledge is just unbearable
