iOS 12.1 problems
App back to working, it is hard to use at first especially setting up you’re system but it works flawlessly once u get the wheels spinning
Now u can save recordings which is awesome.jimski73
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing after the latest update (iPad & iPhone). This happened before after another update with iOS devices. Please get this fixed and in the future be more thorough in testing your updates.jbh*
Playback is the worst and takes too much screen
IF YOU Cannot open app since last update. UNINSTALL AND RE-DOWNLOAD
There need to be a timeline for the recordings for easier playback. It needs to be more smoother! And we just need payback for one camera at a time! Don’t need matrix play back, that I can do on the computer/vms itself.
Also the app takes up too much screen. They can trim down the fat on the app to make the camera views largerShow lessKen5840
App Crashes after Update
Get it Together GeoVision. I am Glad I stopped using GV As Main Product once I realized they didn’t care about their Integrators.
App always Sucked Since the First Version. Product has lots of Bugs always. Tech Support was NOT HELPFUL most of the Times & Hard to Get Hold of.Shawn Khan

As previous reviews. Old version worked flawlessly. V2.6.0 crashes on open. Please fix ASAP. I need to view my cameras for safety reasons.R719G
New Version Update does not work
I just downloaded the new GV-EYE app and it crashes. As soon as I open it, it crashes. This happens to all my clients app. How do I download the older version. I have a iPhone 8+, another one is iPhone X. Both same issue. My iPhone is updated to the latest version update to iOS 12.1.1. I hope some one at Geovision is working on it.Show lessabhim8
