Running 16 camera systems in different locations. Some load immediately, but others won’t load. Still trying to resolve the issue.President

Does not work well with any snvr. The playback feature is a joke. Just gives you a bunch of 5 min clips over a 24 hour period. How do you search like that.Worked fine until recently
I was told that this app, due to recent updates, is not compatible with systems running Windows 7. My security company says that they will have to come in and charge me $5,000 for an “upgrade” to my contract in order to get a newer version of windows. Is this accurate??Developer Response
Please understand that the GV-Eye compatibility issue will only occur to iOS instead of Windows. I believe the compatibility issue could be related to the software you run on Windows7. Please check with your security company to see what software they are having compatibility issue with Windows7. GeoVison for iOS is good but there seems to be NO CODEC for Audio while viewing the recording history during playback. Keep getting the frustrating message stating:
“The audio codec is not supported”!!!
There’s no instructions or resolutions for this issue. The audio obviously is VERY important during the playback of recorded videos. Otherwise I’d rather move my surveillance system to another brand which meets these basic needs and requirements!Show lessDeveloper Response
Due to changing the supported audio codec,we provide some patches for certain GV-Software(NVR V8.8/VMS V17.3/VMS V18.1) below "What's New",please check and download the patch if you are connecting the same GV-Software. If the issue still remains, please email to support@geovision.com.tw and provide us more detailed information for further assistance.Just Bad

We've tested on our side using iPhone XR (iOS Ver.14.4) with GV-Eye v2.7.5 installed and confirmed that everything is just working as expected. Make sure your iOS and GV-Eye are the most updated versions and try again. If the issue still exists, feel free to contact us at support@geovision.com.tw and our system will autoatically assign a tech to look into your issue.Recorded Video Problem Fixed
23/06/2020 - I have just updated to version 2.7.4 and now I am unable to play any recorded video.
01/09/20 - Updated NVR from 8.7 to 8.8 and recorded video now works ok. Back to 5 stars.Gv-eye
updated to 2.7.4, recorded video now cannot be accessed. Just spinning logo in middle of screen but no recorded videos appear. Please fix ASAP as 2.7.4 can now only be used to view live feeds.IPhone Compatibility
Your App isn’t allowing me to view my cameras. Keeps crashing everytime I try to open App. Would be very helpful if I could view my live feed using my Iphone. ThanksConstant crashing
