Great summary of local news and sports
This app is a huge improvement over the previous app. It displays a few articles in several categories in an easy to read format. It doesn't replace reading the entire newspaper but as long as it remains free it provides a great summary of the local news, sports, etc. to read on your mobile device.Show lesspatg67fl

It's NOW OFFICIAL: This app is totally useless
This app is now officially crap - and the website isn't much better. I had suspected that digital-only subscribers like me (whether app or via web browser) were missing important local stories that appeared in print, but I confirmed that suspicion this week. What an embarrassment to be the only person in your business who hasn't read the big local news which appeared on the front page of the print edition! I understand the paper has changed hands again, but they're still happy to debit my card every month for the subscription fee. I tried the app on my iPhone 5s this morning - and it is permanently frozen. The app is crap and the website lacks very important stories. Time to end my subscription.Show lessMister.Wonderful
This app is awful
Many problems. I called the Sun to speak with someone to give them feedback and the receptionist told me that she had been instructed by their "tech person" to tell customers to ignore the app and use Safari.
So why even offer an app that you recommend customers not use?Gator-1
Can't forward articles
It keeps freezing up when I try to forward an article.Solid Gent
When it works
When it works, it is great. But I have to tap on it and wait, it closes out, and I tap again. This morning alone I have done this 4 times and it has yet to bring up the site. Very Frustrating!!!
