  • It just doesn’t work.

    It just doesn’t work. I can’t login and I’ve tried more than 1 account. Why is this still offered on the App Store?
  • Two few features / not been updated in 6 years

    As of January 2, 2023 this app has not been updated in six years. There are too few features and when I go to switch a patient’s appointment to another day it often crashes. Because this app plays such an important function in scheduling it is inexplicable there has been no updates in over half a decade.

  • Great for home health NP!

    This app is great in home health. I’m able to view my schedule, rearrange appointments, view précis visit notes, labs, and documents. Would give 5 stars if I could see simple encounters and my inbox!!

    The only thing this is useful for is checking schedules, the rest is very basic and functionless.

    Carecloud is a great app for medical practice. It is a very handy app and makes life and work way easier for medical practitioners! Would definitely recommend!

  • Terrible Company

    The app is slow and quirky, but the problem is the company. We had upgraded to get “concierge” services. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. Abysmal communications. As an example, they did not tell Medicare we were moving … so 5 months of no Medicare checks!. My nurse practitioner is close to quitting … she figured out CareCloud was getting lots of denials … we hired a different company that has been figuring it all out and money is starting to flow. I told care cloud they were fired and it took 3 months to make it happen.

  • Important Features Need to Be Foxes

    Nicole Front Desk’s review was really thorough, so please reference it for good input.

    My two cents to chime in are that for emergency situations (like what my office is going through this morning), the app would’ve been great to use...if simple things like being able to check-in and check-out a patient were possible.

    I’ve signed in and out countless times trying to get it to work, but I constantly get a red Failed notice at the bottom of my phone’s screen.

    These are the nightmare moments when paper charts start to sound like a REALLY good idea again 😓

  • Awful. Needs a lot of work.

    This app is terrible. I have used many different EMR mobile versions over the years and this one is the worst by far. The capabilities are VERY limited. You cannot even put in a simple note. When we contacted the company we were told that there were no plans to improve this function. It is basically only good for scheduling patients and reading previously scanned documents. And the most frustrating thing is that the security features are not only way too intense, they cause you to not be able to log in sometimes. Are you actively using the app for more than five minutes? Got to put your password back in. Switched to another app for half a second to look at an X-ray? Got to put your password back in. Trying to reopen the app without using it for a few minutes? Good luck with that because it is going to say that it no longer works and you have to restart it. Sending an email through the app and you had to check your contacts page? Guess what, now everything is erased because whoever created this app is a moron and doesn’t know anything about how people practice medicine in a practical sense. The EPIC mobile app is way less strict with the password thing. This app is frustrating and barely worth the space on your phone. If you are thinking about wasting your money on CareCloud for your practice don’t do it. The developers need to trash this entire thing and start from scratch.

  • App doesn’t open

    Sad that I have asked Care Cloud numerous times to fix this and they continue to not fix it.
