  • Best thing to happen in my practice

    For the last 12 years, I have wanted phone or tablet access to my office schedule. And it’s finally here! As with any CareCloud product, it is easy and accessible. Now looking forward to charting on my iPad in the near future.

    I'm the CEO of the company but can't use the app because I'm not a doctor. Not well thought out. Save the download effort until this gets fixed.

    Great app that helps me work on the run. I check my schedule as soon as I get up each morning and use it frequently when I'm out of the office. As new features are added it will certainly help me be more productive and communicate with my patients more efficiently.

    I was really excited about CloudCare Companion, because it meant I could finally check in/out my clients on my iPad! Unfortunately, it is only available for providers, which would mean my boss, but not the rest of us therapists. This tool needs to be available to all users of CloudCare, because we are the ones who are doing the work with clients and need to check them in and out. I don't want to lug my computer with me, as I do home visits, but unfortunately, until they make this app one that we can all use, that is what I will have to do.

  • Things not to have

    Shows the patient balance to all provider. Can't control what info is sent to the iPad. Not all provider / staff should/need to see the clients balance. The app is very limited. Not a complete app.

    should be available on all apple mobile devices not just the ipad
