New update but not accepting any credit card
What is the use of you do new design that I am still not able to use by Bank of America visa NOR American Express NOR chance master card, are all of them have issues ?, I have tried to call support, chat one in Arabic and second in English with no help.
I have also tried to email support they ask me for a screenshot which I sent, no reply back just support disappeared :)
So I lost hope.

So strange and tiring
I tried so many times to send money today but couldn’t always error message and the customer service number 7001 that you are supposed to call when you have trouble is just automated service with 3 options. So strange!! No customer serviceDjmasrawi

Vodafone cash don’t work with Wi-Fi. It will be easier to send and receive using Wi-FiMack pasha

Every year vodafone apps and services are quality is degrading , when they launched vodafone red it was great then quality and the app now is terrible , you can’t even download the bill like before meaning less features meh 😑Gamerzlounge
Recharge from the app is not working
It supposed to be made to make it easier to recharge but it is not working most of the time
I already called them to say so before but nothing changed. Sometimes it works , sometimes it is not after entering the otp and everthing it goes to give errorAnucksonamoun
Need a lot of improvements
Really your IT team need a lot of improvements to the apps we are in 2022 ,during past months it’s hard to pay my bills through the apps not as previously as well need to add full futuresAhmednice

Can’t recharge using bank card
I have no idea what you did. It was working before. And my mastercard is working fine. And I can’t even describe how incompetent your customer service representatives are. Always Crashing - Not Useable
This app has worked for many years. Any problems I’ve encountered with it, ended up being problems with Vodafone Egypt, the company, rather than the app itself.
Lately the app crashes within 2 seconds of opening. This is 100% consistent. It seems there is an update that needs to be done.

Absolute trash
One of the worst services. Suddenly got a call that my number is going to get suspended because my visa is about to expire, telling me to go to the nearest branch to update my information. When i got there, the employee told me that you can’t update your information and that vodafone is known to not update your information just so your number will expire and you will have to buy another number. And that was true, my application to update my visa information was denied for no reason, cuz they want me to buy a new number. Absolute trash of a service. Does not even care to fix the problem.Show lessshaxixx
