  • Fix your Credit Card Payment

    For two years the same problem happens over and over again, you can’t use a credit card without getting errors. It’s about the only most useful thing you can use this app for.
  • Credit Card Problems

    Recharging via credit card is not working, keeps telling me “error” when I try to add my credit card. Tried reinstalling the app, but it still won’t work. Please fix this.
  • Improvement needs

    There is a lot of improvement should be done I used as a client in Vodafone Egypt
    Red classic and I phoned call center several times for update program in red with Data And minutes as not match but no way till now really I see that it is very poor apps and not in the name of Vodafone
  • Awful application

    The app is crashing all the time
    I have to delete and re-download it again
    Then it crashes again in few weeks
    Apart from that it shows fake data for the account
    Gives me wrong readings about my available data and usage, where the customer service reps. have other readings on the same moment, over the phone and in the store.

  • Poor app

    Poor app, usually displays the wrong info on the intro slide. You have to refresh 5 times or logout/ login to see the correct balance and mobile internet usage.

    Also recently, recharging your balance by credit card hasn’t been working. Tried removing / adding the card and reinstalling the app, but still didn’t work.

    Such a poor app, a shame from a brand name as Vodafone. Perhaps if you spend 1% of your marketing budget on app development instead of TV adds, you would add real value to your customers.

  • The crappiest app on earth

    This app is beyond crap. It is an excellent example of how a huge corporation can spend a lot of money through, I guess, an expensive provider and get the worst results possible. The only way to get this shame of an app to work for me is too call VF’s call center and ask them to reset it. This way it will work for accomplishing one task. By the time I need to do the next thing through the app (guess what?) it will need another reset.

    A case study of failure should document the misery that is ‘Ana Vodafone’

  • Needs much improvement

    Need to add using the fingerprint to login to the app
    The app stops working if I leave working in the background without logging out and not working totally until I reinstall it
    In general the App is amazing
    My phone is Apple 6 plus
  • It was a utility app, now It is spamming ads notifications of offers!

    This app is suppose to be a utility app, after last update it is now sending many notifications as Ads. I am uninstalling because of this! I am already being spammed by SMS for the same offers, why did you have to put it in the app too ?

  • iPad app?

    The app itself is fine. It doesn't display properly on iPad though which is a bummer. Even the icon doesn't show which can be fixed easily…will change the rating if it's fixed.

    Update: the icon is now displayed (different than the one on the App Store, though) but still there’s no iPad app.
  • Trash

    This app is absolute trash. I have been using the App Store for more than 6 years and this is the first time I write a review. I haven’t been frustrated with an app to this point ever. The user interface is absolutly horrible. And that’s when it works. The problem is it never loads. I have never opened the app and did what I wanted to from the first try. And why the isnt the option to disable auto renew placed somewhere accessible. I profoundly believe that they made this app and their whole system extremely difficult for the consumer and super frustrating so they can make money off the mistakes in auto renewal and off their weird subscriptions.

    The user interface needs to completely be changed. It is not intuitive at all and the person who designed it has probably never used a phone before. I need to know what I am subscribed to. And how to stop the subscription. I need to see a list of the offered plans so I can choose.
    And for god sake why the isnt there an option to opt out of the constant text messages and the flash message I get when I finish the call and get notifications from the app instead.
    For a company this big this app is an absolute disappointment
