  • Very bad ,, slow to update their application

    I tryied to change my plans online,, through application,, not accepted 50 LE,, when called customer service,, said oh this this new rates since one month not updated on application,, imagine 1 month they did not change their rates,, what s lazy people
  • Horrible UI and UX

    The user experience is so bad that it’s so hard to navigate the app. The UI is ugly in general.

    Also there are lots of English grammar mistakes.

    Checking my remaining is confusing sometimes as I don’t understand whether the pie chart shows how much I’ve used or how much I have left.
  • This is the worst app i’ve ever seen !!! Real trash !!

    I used it many times to pay my bills, but it actually takes your money and doesn’t pay anything !!! And at each time vodafone service didn’t want to listen anything, they made me go to the bank each time to get them a proof i really paid the money !!! Don’t use this app it’s really a trash !!! You will lose your money and vodafone service won’t believe you paid until you go to the bank and get them proofs !!! This app is a trash !!!

  • Useless

    99% of the options doesn’t work and every time I access the app whatever I would like to perform I always get the message “oops something went wrong please try again later “ or “couldn’t load please try in few minutes “. Absolutely useless app. It doesn’t even refresh the home page usage on its own! Seriously a joke from Vodafone!

  • Useful When It Works

    This app is useful for tracking your flexes and your balance WHEN it works. It does not update over WiFi, and rarely updates when connected to the cell network. This app can go up to one week without being able to update. Very frustrating to use.
  • Crashes on launch on 9.3.5

    App crashes on launch on iOS 9.3.5. I tried on 3 devices running 9.3.5 to make sure it's not me. Reported that to customer support 2 months ago and they reassured me the problem would be fixed asap. This problem has been going on for 4 months now. Extremely poor support.

    I can always check my internet I can pay my line easy it’s simple and shows all data for my line

    a month ago I knew that there was 10 pounds missing from my credit after two days I made a 1-minute call to one of my friends which is vodafone also but it said that the call consumed 10-pounds from my credit so I decided to call customer support, 20 minutes proving that this really happened and as I waited 5 minutes on hold to say to me that I did an additional package on mine although I did nothing and saying to me that the call consumed 10 pounds didnt happen and after that taking away from me 10 pounds for talking to customer support?! That is absolutely stealing!

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    This app is slow and buggy it crashes 80% of the time & i have to log in every time i open it of it even opens & now it has been over a month with the app crashing every time i open it & still no fix for it
