Probably a company with such application doesn’t even respect its customers or their business. A single branched koshary resturant has a better application that responds flawlessly in a timely manner to its clients and insures complete statisfaction. After the update now I can’t even check my DSL balance or pay it. I used to check how much gigabytes are left and I used to pay my dsl bill online. Now I can’t do any of that after your update!!!

Why cant i use wifi to get to the app!
Sometimes i just ran out of data or face a problem with the internet so i need to access the app through wifi but i cant because you blocked that access !!Amin Ragab
Needs some fine tuning
Very useful app , my only complaint is that when you consume all the internet packages (after consuming the 40gb of red data assistance) the counter just stops , I can’t know how much data I’m consuming

Vodafone admits the App’s inaccuracy
Contacted Vodafone to get clarification on credit consumption, here is what they said “kindly be informed that you faced a wrong result from the app because you're using Wifi internet not the mobile data”. In simple words, we tricked you and now we are punching you for using wifi.
Vodafone will give the most worse customer service experience on earth.
