  • Do not use this bank.

    Ive been using this bank since 2014 only cause my mother needed to be able to send me money while she was working. Ive never had an issue up until it comes to customer support. On multiple occasions i would send money to my sister in law on facebook and the money would get taken out of my account. Only for the payment to stay pending for months or get cancled outright. But i never get the money back... ive sent multiple dispute clams only for them to deem nothing went wrong with the payment despite all the screen shots and emails providing clear evidence that my payments were cancled and the money did not return. So yeah nice to know that they really value their customers.(this is sarcasm)

  • Great Service

    I’ve always appreciated getting part of my check ahead of time payday. Had the Netspend card, for about 15 years now. I always pay the monthly fee that way I don’t have to pay a dollar for each time I use it thoroughly enjoyed using it because I even transferred money to it, from my bank card, as my way of buying things online and hopefully leaving just a little bit left. If somebody hacks it, they only get a Coke and a bag of chips at best. That way I don’t have to worry about my bank card getting hacked online.

    We should be able to get overdraft protection, or a credit or something for being a customer for a long period of time for emergencies in the time of need especially when you have direct deposit.

    I have had Ace Elite and Ace flare now for over 15 years and I absolutely love it they have a very good customer service and do whatever they can to make the card holder the priority.

  • Got my card

    Tried activating my card did not work called customer service was told I was denied called again they said card was fine just needed activated then sent me to the automated phone line wich didn’t work to begin with so I called back went through the same process and got sent back to the automated phone line needless to say customer service is awful there is much better cards out there with better customer service I do not recommend this card at all

  • Great service- Insane load time

    I’ve had this service a really long time, way back before they even had an app. Love the service. Support has been great.

    Feature wise, the app is great. I’m able to do a lot from moving money, to managing my virtual cards. Looks like the developers keep building on it and adding useful features.

    With that said, I’m never excited to actually use the app. The load time across the board is astronomical. The app has the longest launch time compared to any other app on my phone. Going from one page to another always takes long to load. I most often end up given up and closing the app, then use the browser version.

    The functionality of the app needs a lot of work. The developers should invest resources to make the app snappier. That’s the only thing that’s missing.

    This app works when it wants to I wish they would make an update that actually makes the app better so that we can use it
