Don’t waste your time
The mobile check cashing feature is a complete joke. I took multiple photos of my check that wouldn’t be accepted because it didn’t meet “quality standards”, just to get to the review stage of the process had to start taking photos of my checks using my phone upside lol even then my checks were never accepted. Just a complete waste of time.Show lesswisetruths

Mobile Check Deposit doesn’t work. When I click on the block to take image, there is just a black screen with an outline in it. If I press the button to capture image entire App crashes and kicks me to my homepage.Love_Aigner
Not working
I was able to log in one time and after that it tells me “this is a netspend Account” and to download a whole other app. And I can’t even log into that one. So in other words since I’ve gotten this card I have been locked out of actually being able to log in cause my Elite card isn’t registering with the app specifically made for it..Show lessJosurin95
Works but..
It’s a great app and I never have a problem using it. However, it would be nice if it was updated for newer phones (Face ID and IPhone X support would be nice)Jesusaaguerrero

This app is the best for I can use my bank but The only thing missing is the fingerprint do not like using my password over and over again is there a possibility that I can be added as soon as possible.. if you can’t appreciate it so much thank you for your faithful userLuzii07

DO NOT download. Doesn't work.
I tried using this ap to no avail. There is Nothing immediate about it. It takes 10 days to clear to your account. You can try and pay to have it post immediately, but when you try it will be declined and no reason why they did so is provided. If you want to reload your card, just drive to a reload location. It will be way faster and less of a hassle.Show lessNoelrbearheart
App never working in the evening
Why is this app always down for maintenance during the evening? As if people do not check their Accts at night? Super annoying when I need to check my balance real quick. Get it together guys!Prettyfacejessy
