PLEASE FIX!!!
It's a great concept, but why can I only see limited transactions per month. If I need to go back to check previous purchases I made, I'm lucky if I'm able to see it. Please fix this so I can see the transaction I made at the beginning of the month and and the end of the month!!Kobe••Kakes

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I have to delete and reload the app every time I want to see my current balance. The website doesn't work from my phone, I can not check my balance through the app right way and have to pay 50 cents if I call in to check my balance. I switched to Blue Bird by American Express. They offer more benefits and no fees to use in-network ATM's and no transaction fees. All-in-all I save about $25 a month.
I guess they don't care about the customer. Seems to me that every single customer has the same issues. I would be fixing this in a hurry before you lose too many. I have now canceled my card due to lack of customer service. I had my card for 5 years. Your loss.Show lessCJ13520
This app is useless
App lets me login and shows my balance for a fraction of a second before it goes black and has no more functionality. Really ticks me off since their website won't load on my iPad and keeps logging me out on my iPhone when I try to do anything other than look at the main page.Ambrosia76
Bad app
In order to get access you must delete the app, reinstall and the you can view your balance. You have to do this every time in order to access your account. If not the balance will remain the same as when you first opened the app.docinaustin
Needs to be fixed
I used to love this app but it no longer refreshes the balances, if you try to click on View History it boots you out of the application, & if you click Logout it does nothing. I miss having my app!!! PLEASE FIX IT SOON!!!!hrbrown1010
Bad app
This app is not good. I try to check my balance & doesn't give me an accurate update. In order for me to see the correct account balance i have to delete it & download it again. I wouldn't suggest this app if you're trying to get a quick & accurate account balance. It needs work!!!CourtWal
Ace Elite app
It would be great if the app worked properly. I have to keep deleting & reinstalling the app to even get a balance! And then that's all I can do is get a balance, transaction history won't load. I will be glad to update my review if & when this app ever works properly!PittsburghChik
Don't waste your time!
It worked for about 2 weeks, then it stopped updating my account balance. This app would be super convenient IF it actually worked! It's easier to go to the actual site in my web browser and sign in to check my balance.Adam Moore
NOT HAPPY
I've had the app for several months now, it was showing me my balance from 10/7 and nothing up to date. It's 10/22. I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app, it shows me my currant balance but when I try to view my history if force closes..... Please fix, I need to stay up to date on my financesCaptnChris4
