  • Needs improvement

    I have had Ace Elite for many years and everything was fine until a few years ago. I have contemplated switching to another bank but the only thing that was stopping me was that everything worked fine and I have a lot of bills automatically set up to be taken from that account. It’s work to switch all that over but I’m really considering it now because 1. the mobile check load doesn’t seem to work any more and there are no physical locations close to me to go in person so I always have to cash checks through a different bank and can’t deposit them unless I drive to another city. 2. You can’t go into your online account and change important information on your own as if people don’t move. 3. Whenever I do reach out for this company to update my information they are slow to do it and then each and every time they fix one thing then misspell my first name after the update making have to reach out AGAIN for them to correct that. I thought it was protocol for banks to double check spellings and other details before finalizing transactions. Better attention needs to be paid to what they’re doing and the app needs to be fixed so that the feature for mobile check load can actually be used. Because of this I think it’s time for me to leave this bank and bank with a more efficient company.

  • waste of time and money

    total waste of your money and when you have a problem you have to speak to someone that speaks very poor english they charge you for everything
  • App is slow and buggy

    App hasn't worked for two days.

  • Not for me

    Charged a fee to use my card in the store which led to my card being declined on the very first purchase, I had to use my other bank card to cover the transaction, once I left the store and I checked the statement and realized that I had been charged a fee just to use my card which resulted in my transaction being declined. After contacting support and stressing my opinion on how shady that is considering it says no fees they decided to put my money back and then proceeded to lock my account as of today December 16, 2021 the problem has not been solved and my account is still locked. I have decided to eat the money lost and leave this review for the second time this month because they decided to delete it not even a week ago if you don’t like what I have to say then please fix your policy and don’t lie to your customer.

    Sounds like you are enrolled in the Pay as You Go plan. We also offer a monthly fee plan that allows for unlimited card purchases.   • App stopped working

    I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and and jus stopped working over a month. Forcing me to keep up with my account online. Do unfortunate because I liked the app.

  • Mobile Check Load failure !!

    I’ve had this app only a week and i barely got my official card - though I’m not worried about the timing of when I got the card - what has me bugging is how the Mobile Check Load fails every single time ! I’ve not been able to load my card for some odd reason and somehow this app is bugged and is very long overdue for an update to fix this bug

    I can do it all with this app! Transfers, check my balance & transaction history they even let me know when I’ll be receiving my direct deposit when I do need to call!

  • Absolutely love the app and my account

    I have had the same account for 15 years and will continue for many more , I would rather this account then an actual checking account it’s super dependable and reliable and they stand by and take care of account holders and I’ve even had an unauthorized charge where I had money transferred out of my account into a hackers account and i was able to dispute it and they refunded my money within 10 days!!

    I just used the mobile check load and I can say this is the best hands down 🙌🏾 It was so easy, fast and understandable. I recommend everyone to use this app!!!!!!
